After me and Steve took the serum we had an argument with the colonel about actually fighting in the war. Of course like the bitch he is he wanted us to stay in labs and be their lab rats, but one person had other plans. I didn't catch his name but he "promoted" us, now I'm stuck going on a stupid tour with Steve and I'm only able to say a few lines while Steve gets to say the rest. "Chop Chop! Come on! Show time people!" A man said. Me and Steve looked at each other, then all of the other ladies went on stage and started singing and dancing. Steve has gone out already, but I'm closer to the end. "Give it up for Lady America!" Its showtime. I strutted out to get beside "Captain America". "For every dollar you donate is a bullet in the barrel of your best guys gun!" I said putting on a fake smile. Our outfits where ridiculous. My costume looks just like Steve's just tighter to "make me look better" as the men said.

It is so tight. After Steve said his line I did what I've been doing for the past week. Duck down so Steve could punch "Adolf" in the jaw, then I would sweep him off his feet with my legs. The dancers started marching around us, and that's my cue. I walk off of the stage and I'm met with the guy from before. "You did great!" The producer said. "Thanks I guess?" I did not understand why he told me that after I only had like two short ass lines. A while after Steve comes off of the stage, next stop Italy. "You did amazing Stevie!" I forced a smile upon my face, I wanted to be fighting the war not wearing some stupid costumes on a stage.

We arrived in Italy and was waiting for my time to get on stage, "let's here it for Lady America!" Then the men cheered, wow most cheers I've heard tonight. I marched up but I didn't have any lines this show, I don't know why but I was glad. "Let the Lady speak!" A  man said from the crowd. I just stood there until it was my turn to go off stage. Steve was still out there saying his lines when one of the men said "bring the Ladies back!" And another joined saying "Nice boots tinker belle!" This made my blood boil, then to make it worse they started throwing things at Steve. I walked up and grabbed Steve as I was about to say something he cut me off. "Hey Asshol-" I was being rushed off of the stage by Steve and the producer man.

It was only about thirty minutes later when me and Steve where sitting on the stage steps while it was raining. "Quite the performance" a familiar voice said. "Peggy!" I jumped up a hugged her. "What are you doing here?" Steve asked. "Officially I'm not here at all." I notice some commotion and we all turned out heads. There was a truck piling out men that where injured. "Damn, they look like they've been through hell." I said concerned. "These men more than most... Schmidt sent out a force to Azzano. 200 men went up against him, less then 50 returned. Your audience contained what was left of the 107th." She said with sadness. "Wait. Did you say 107th!" I asked I was now getting up and running to colonel Phillips tent. "What." Peggy questioned. "Colonel!" I said loudly. "Well if it isn't the spar spangled man and his side kick" he said sarcastically. "We need the casualty list from Azzano!" I was now sick to my stomach and I felt like I was going to pass out. "You don't get to give me orders." He said rolling his eyes. "We need one name! Please!" I said tears welling in my eyes. I felt like a couldn't speak and Steve finished my sentence. "Sergeant James Barnes. B-a-r-" Steve said quickly. "I know how to spell. The name does sound familiar, I'm sorry." Colonel said. "No. No. No. He can't be dead. Steve we need to help the others that may still be alive!" I said as I started walking out. Steve stayed behind for about 2 minutes before he rushed out of the tent and ran into ours. I ran behind him and he was packing and had a helmet. "Steve?" I questioned him, what was he doing? "You want to help don't you?" I nodded. "Then pack up stark is going to fly us to the base and we will get in from there. The base is 30 miles behind lines." He informed me while I was packing.
