Training camp

When we arrived they brought Steve over to the line and brought me over to another woman. "Hi I'm Agent Margaret Carter but I go by Peggy, it's nice to finally have another girl on the base" she said smiling, I smiled back and said "Hi it's nice to meet you to Peggy, I'm Y/n but you can call me N/n" once we where done talking we walked over to the men and I noticed the difference between them and Steve. Me and Peggy walked in front her yelling "Recruits! Attention! Gentlemen I'm agent Carter and this is agent Rodgers, we supervise all operations of this division" I walked behind her looking at all the men then I waved at Steve. "Whats with the accent queen Victoria? Thought I was signing up for the US army?" one of the men said. Asshole. "Whats your name soldier?" Peggy asked calmly. "Gilmore Hodge, your majesty" he said sarcastically. "Step forward, Hodge" he did as he was told. "Put your right foot forward" Peggy demanded. "We gonna wrestle? Cause I gotta few moves I know you'll like" he said to her. So disrespectful, I am furious. He winked at her and all the sudden she punches him. I laughed at him. Then we heard a man. "Agent Carter!" "Colonel Phillips" Peggy said surprised. "I can see that you are breaking in the candidates. That's good!"Phillips said. "Get your ass up out of the dirt and stand in that line at attention till somebody comes and tells you what to do" he told the recruit. You could hear the tone change when he started talking to a man by the way he said "Yes sir!" To Phillips which is horrible.

Me and Peggy where being drove in a Jeep while the soldiers had to run. I felt bad for Steve because he was in the back. "Pick up the pase ladies!" Phillips yelled. This made me mad because they shouldn't call them ladies to make them think they're bad at something. As soon as I thought that Peggy started speaking. "Gosh that gets on my nerves, I hate when he calls them ladies when they aren't doing something good." "I was just thinking that" I told her back. We came to a stop and I saw a flag pole. Then I saw the lines of men come to a stop. "First one to get that flag gets a ride back with agent Carter and agent Rodgers!" I watched all the men flood to the pole as soon as Phillips finished that sentence. I couldn't see my brother anywhere. "Back in line!" Colonel yelled. Everyone got back in line except for Steve. He walked up to the pole and unscrewed the bottom and watched the pole fall, when the pole reached the ground he grabbed the flag and handed it to Phillips. Me and Peggy looked at each other and laughed as Steve got in the truck. "Nice work Stevie!" I said while laughing.

"Faster Ladies" I yelled while the men where doing pushups. "Come one! My grandma has more life in her. God rest her soul." Peggy said I hid my laugh. I looked over to Phillips grabbing a fake grenade. Me and Peggy knew it was fake but none of the soldiers knew. When he threw it me and Peggy where going towards it when Steve jumped on top of it. "GET AWAY! GET BACK!" he yelled waving his hand, when he realized it wouldn't go off he got up and asked "is this a test?" Me and Peggy smiled at him.

I promise it gets better just let it pass through the 40's stuff!
