Between her bleeding knee and wet clothes, Gwen was entirely done with today. The rain only getting harder and harder making the girl wish she had brought a coat. The tank top unfortunately not treating her as well as it could've. Clinging to her skin as the downpour fell, making her clothes stick to her skin like glue.

The four have arrived at the construction sight. Where Gavin was set to meet Ward. The group hovered over a fence watching as Ward's black truck sat out front.

"Nice camera," JJ complimented before tossing a dig at the equipment, "Where'd you dig up that relic?"

— A case of the motormouth, Gwen would call it. It was like JJ had no off button as he continued to shout insults at Pope's camera usage. "Why don't you just use your phone?"

Pope stared at the boy in irritation.

"Well, first of all, I like my antique electronics" Pope started in a know-it-all attitude. "Second of all, this is a telephoto. It allows me to get a close image from far away"

"That's sick" Gwen blurted out while Kie gave an opposing reaction, "Lord of the Dorks."

"For definitive proof of witness payoff, we're gonna need quality glass."

"There he is," Pope shouted as they started into action, staring over at Ward Cameron who had been running with a bag in his hand soon followed by Gavin into the construction site.

"Where are you going, you son of a bitch?"

Gwendolyn now was itching for a jacket. Between the rain in her braids and the droplets ricocheting off her skin. It was giving a rather unpleasant sense of comfort to her body. It didn't help that she was standing in one place and the mud was utterly destroying her cream converses.

"No, no, no, NO! I'm losing him." Pope shouted slightly looking away from the camera.

"You need to get elevated. Is there like a way up to these buildings? Match his level— or something" Gwen whisper-shouted over the rain as JJ nodded in agreement.
