The house hummed with a quiet energy, a calm before the storm that none of them knew was about to break. Chan sat comfortably on the edge of his bed, the weight of his newborn son cradled in his arms, the little one's breaths soft and rhythmic against his chest. Beside him, Felix rested, his head lightly leaning on Chan's shoulder. His body was still recovering, though the worst was over. The bruises from the recent assault were fading, but the emotional scars were still tender, making every moment of peace with their son all the more precious.

Lee Know, the diligent homemaker, could be heard in the kitchen, the sounds of chopping vegetables and clinking pots and pans a familiar, comforting rhythm. He was the glue that held the household together, the alpha who took pride in caring for the others, ensuring that everything ran smoothly in their shared home. The scent of something delicious wafted through the air, promising a meal that would be both nourishing and comforting.

The tranquility of the afternoon was shattered in an instant. A piercing cry echoed through the hallways, reverberating off the walls and sending a shockwave through the house.

"My water broke!"

I.N.'s voice, usually so soft and gentle, was now filled with sheer panic. The declaration sent everyone into immediate action, the peaceful atmosphere dissolving into chaos. Seungmin, I.N.'s devoted alpha, burst out of their room like a whirlwind, his usually composed demeanor replaced by a look of pure terror.

"Where's the bag? The one with the hospital stuff?" Seungmin's voice was frantic as he darted from one side of the room to the other, his eyes wild as they searched for the carefully prepared bag. It was a bag that Han had meticulously packed and placed somewhere—somewhere so organized that it was impossible to find in the heat of the moment.

I.N. leaned heavily against the wall, one hand clutching his swollen belly as another contraction hit, a wave of pain that took his breath away. His eyes were wide with fear as he watched Seungmin struggle to find the bag. "Seungmin, hurry! The baby's coming!" His voice was strained, each word a struggle as the pain intensified.

Seungmin's hands shook as he threw open drawers and rummaged through closets, his panic only growing. He could hear I.N.'s cries, feel the urgency in the air, but his mind was a blur, unable to focus on the task at hand. The weight of the situation was crushing him, and he could feel his control slipping away.

Just when it seemed like he might completely lose it, Seungmin spotted the bag tucked away neatly in the corner of the closet. Relief flooded through him, but the adrenaline and stress had already taken their toll. His vision began to blur, his knees buckling beneath him. The last thing he saw before everything went black was I.N.'s face, twisted in pain and fear.

The loud thud of Seungmin hitting the floor sent a fresh wave of panic through the house. I.N., already struggling with the labor pains, let out a choked sob as he saw his alpha collapse. "Seungmin!" he cried out, his voice trembling with fear.

Changbin, who had been on the way to check on the situation, sprinted into the room, his heart racing as he took in the chaotic scene. Without missing a beat, he moved to Seungmin's side, lifting the unconscious alpha into his arms with ease. "I've got him," Changbin assured I.N., his voice steady despite the adrenaline coursing through his veins. He turned his attention to the next task at hand. "Han, get the keys! We need to move, now!"

Han, always the organized one, was already on his way, the car keys jingling in his hand as he rushed out the door. He had seen the panic in Seungmin's eyes and had instinctively known what to do. In moments like these, Han's meticulous nature was a blessing, his ability to stay calm under pressure a lifeline for the others.
