Scene XX

Young China POV (two month later)

Russia gets up from his seat and stretches. "It's your turn to check and add more to this code." Russia says tiredly. "I'm going to take a shower."

"Whatever you say 俄罗斯(Russia)," I hum, getting off my bed and sitting down at his seat. Now to start working.

Russia introduced me to his friend North Korea. Apparently he is South Korea's twin brother, but they look and act nothing alike. South Korea is bubbly, always looking for attention. He would wear fashionable clothes that made his special features stand out. North Korea? He hates attention. He would rather sit in a little corner than talk to anyone. His style also makes people stare at him fearfully. He has an eyepatch on his face. There are scar marks all over his body—probably because of cutting. And the strides he takes looks like he's limping all the time. Definitely a weird duo.

From the looks of it, I thought he hated his sibling, but he loves him very much. Although he has this bad-boy-bully-appearance, he has a soft side for his brother. Only his brother. Not even his friends—if he has any other than Russia that is. He is completely different from Russia and I regarding our siblings.

After talking to him for maybe about 30 minutes, I realized what North Korea wanted the most: Security and protection. Although it may not seem like he's fearful of anything, he's fearful of almost everything. And so, what was a 30 minute conversation turned into a two hour conversation on the subject of cameras. Not just any camera, but security cameras.

And in my mind, something sparked. He would be on the security cameras twenty-four-seven. He would be able to erase any evidence in seconds if he had access. He would prove a vital asset to Russia and I. So I made a proposal. This is how it went:

"So, all you want is protection and security." I say.

His eyes widened before falling back to their normal state. "Yes," he says in his raspy voice.

I hum thoughtfully, "I think I can help you." I can sense his excitement, but he controls himself by sitting on his bed.

He stares at me skeptically, "how so?"

I shrug, leaning on the wall of his dorm room. "I can get you access to something that I know you want to get your hands on." I pause, looking at my watch and sigh, "but, you would have to do some things in return."

"What do I want to get my hands on?" he inquires. I can tell he feels tense by the look of his face though it's not visible to the naked eye.

I look up at the corner of his ceiling where a security camera lies undetected as it blends with the color of the navy blue wall. "You want access to the security system at school." I whisper softly.

North Korea stares at me anxiously, trying to decipher my motives. The only thing heard was the shower running and South Korea's music blasting from the bathroom where South Korea is showering. He was stupid enough to let me into his room where I could understand him fully. He couldn't hide from me now.

"What do you want?" He asks, glaring at me.

I chuckle softly, "don't stare at me like that. I come in peace." He doesn't change his look so I sigh. "I want your loyalty." I state.

He looks at me curiously, but cautiously, "loyalty? What type of loyalty? I won't get hit by a bullet for you. Never."

"Of course you won't." I hum, clasping my hands together. "All I want is for you to obey 俄罗斯 and I."
