Krishna's PoV
I can't believe it... God, please someone pinch me... we kissed... our first kiss.
I noticed how she blushed like a tomato. The moonlight was casting a special light on her. She is more beautiful than the moon.
I know I have fallen hopelessly for her. But, she deserves this type of love, she deserves me, someone who will love her crazily.
Radha's PoV
He kissed me... we kissed... it was a gentle and compassionate one. Thinking about it makes me blush. I am sure that I can compete with a tomato now.
"What are you thinking?" I asked him as I saw him standing there looking me and the moon.
"Just admiring my view." He replied and winked at me.
"Shameless." I playfully scolded him.
"Only for you." His eyes held a silent promise.
For half an hour we strolled through the beach side. I ate Panipuri from the stall in the side. I fed him too as he told me that he doesn't like street food.
"Hukum." One of the passengers greeted him. He just nodded and then we walked off.
I chuckled.
He gave me a confused look.
"I actually forgot that you are a King." I told him innocently.
"Remember that I am your husband?" He asked me while smirking.
"Husband? Whose husband? My husband is not like you. He is handsome, tall, cool and has a good heart." I teased him.
"Is that so? Then I think I should find my real wife." He told me and looks around.
"You dare." I challenged him and slaps his arm playfully.
"Don't even think about leaving me. I kill her first and then you. I don't care if you are the king or not." I told him seriously.
"My little jealous bird, calm down, you are the only one for me. I swear I am a one woman man." He told me while kissing my forehead.
Krishna's PoV
As we strolled along the beach, the rhythmic sound of the waves crashing against the shore was like a soothing lullaby, mingling perfectly with the cool night breeze. The moonlight bathed everything in a soft, silvery glow, but all I could focus on was her—my Radha, who was more radiant than any moonbeam.
"Do you think the moon is jealous?" I asked, breaking the comfortable silence.
Radha looked at me, her eyes curious. "Jealous of what?"
"Of you," I replied, a smile playing on my lips. "Because you outshine her beauty every single time."
She blushed again, her cheeks turning that familiar shade of pink I had come to adore. "You really are shameless," she said, but there was a warmth in her voice that told me she appreciated the compliment.
"I'm only stating the truth," I said, taking her hand in mine. "And if the truth makes me shameless, then so be it."
We continued walking, our hands intertwined, the silence between us now filled with an unspoken understanding. I could feel the weight of our emotions in the air, the depth of our bond growing stronger with each passing moment.
We reached a small, secluded spot on the beach, where the waves gently lapped at the shore. I led her to a large rock where we sat down, the world around us fading away as we looked out at the endless ocean.
"Krishna," she said softly, breaking the stillness. "Did you ever think about our future?"
I turned to her, surprised by the seriousness in her voice. "Our future?"
She nodded, her gaze fixed on the horizon. "Yes. What will happen to us?"
I reached out and gently turned her face toward me, so that our eyes met. "Radha," I began, my voice filled with sincerity, "I don't know what the future holds, but I do know one thing—I want to walk that path with you, wherever it may lead."
Her eyes softened, and she smiled—a smile that lit up the night. "I want that too," she whispered.
I pulled her close, wrapping my arms around her, feeling the warmth of her body against mine. "Then let's make a promise," I said, my voice firm. "No matter what happens, no matter where life takes us, we'll always find our way back to each other."
She looked up at me, her eyes shining with unshed tears. "I promise," she said, her voice breaking slightly. "We'll always find our way back."
We stayed like that for a long time, holding each other, the world around us fading into the background. In that moment, nothing else mattered—only the two of us, and the love we shared.
Finally, we reluctantly stood up, knowing it was time to head back. As we walked hand in hand, the night seemed less daunting, the future less uncertain. We had each other, and that was enough.
