It had been two days since the villain attack, and for the first time in a long time, Y/N was glad to be back at school. I mean, don't get her wrong schools okay sometimes. But being cooped up with a helicopter mom pestering you about your health and if you were okay constantly was nightmare fuel for her. So now, as she walked to school, she smiled at the thought of seeing her classmates and friends again.

The classroom was chatty as usual, being heard from outside the door as she pushed it open with a dull creak, unbeknownst to her class. She made it to her seat behind Kirishima, greeting him happily as they began to talk about what they did over the break and about, unsurprisingly, the USJ attack.

"You were so cool Kiri! All, Whoosh!, Blammy, Kapow!" Y/N moved her arms like they were stiff, punching pretend bad guys as the boy before her grinned bashfully at her example. They continued on like that until the beginning of class, the girl sitting down once Iida had managed to be the only one left standing. Her mind raced on who would fill in for her teacher, her wondering being shut down once said man walked through the door like a mummified grease ball.

"Morning."

"MR. AIZAWA, YOU'RE BACK SO SOON?"

"You're too much of a pro!" Kaminari exclaimed.

"So you're alright now Mr. Aizawa?" Iida chopped the air with his hand.

Uraraka looked at him skeptically, "can that really be called alright?"

The man sighed as he stood in front of his class, quieting them down wearily. "My well being doesn't matter. What's more important is that the fight isn't over yet"

The students breathing hitched.

"The UA Sports festival is drawing closer"

"THAT'S A TOTALLY NORMAL SCHOOL EVENT!"

Y/N grew giddy, her hands pumping up and down in excitement as she thought about the event.

"Ah, I'm so excited! I want to win this super badly. Are you excited Tokoyami? Of course you are, who am I kidding!" The girl turned to her left, making eye contact with the crow boy, the latter nodding at her statement as she turned to face the front again.

"Wait a minute-"

"I'd it okay to have a sports festival so soon after the villains broke in?" Mineta sounded above the exited chatter o his classmates, a few nodding in agreeable with the boy.

"What if it happens again?"

"Are we sure its safe?"

"UA says this is their way of showing that their crisis management is rock solid apparently. Plus, security is going to be pumped up about five times more than in past years." The man sighed.

"But above all, our sports festival is A huge opportunity. Its not something that just shuts down because of a few pesky villains."

"But that's a good reason right? I mean, its just a festival of sports..." The grape boy trailed off his last sentence as he felt two pairs of eyes on him. One green, the other e/c.

"How could you say that?! Have you never watched the UA sports festival a day in your life?" Y/N spoke from her side of the room.

"Of course I have!" Her classmate answered back.

"Our sports festival is one of Japan's biggest events." Aizawa explained. "In the past, things like the Olympics were popular world wide. But after the introduction of quirks, it quickly got substituted for more popular forms of entertainment. It has become a shell of its glory. The sports festival has taken over that shell, and is vastly more popular now a days as well."
