[Harry and Ron had just gotten caught for driving Ron's father's magical car to school the two crashed into the Whomping Willow they stood in Snapes offices Dumbledore and Professor McGonagall entered]

Professor McGonagall: I would like to know what on earth you two were thinking [her hands was on her hips she was furious] flying a car muggles seen you honestly boys it was very reckless [she scolded]

"A mad Minnie is a scary Minnie" Sirius shuddered James and Peter and Remus agreed.

[Snape glided out of the room without a word]

"I swear it's like he's floating" Evan snorted.

Ron: [whispers to Harry] Wonder where he's going. [Harry shrugged]

Harry: Sir are we expelled? [He asked with no emotion]

Dumbledore: No my dear boy, but I'm must tell you what you did could have gotten us exposed I suggest you not do anything like that again,it could put us in grave danger [he spoke grandfatherly]

Amillia Bones was writing things in her notepad as quickly as her hand would let her Mia heard her writing then leaned toward Sirius who she was still sitting by "Miss Bones is going to need more parchment after this movie" she snorted Sirius paled a bit.

Ron: We understand sir.[Ron nodded]

[Mia and Snape entered the office]

Harry: [thought to himself] Why is she here [he sneered to himself]

James shook his head at his son if he can even call him that if Harry done anything to Seriously harm his daughter it was banning him from the family not disown, BAN.

Dumbledore: Why is Miss Potter here Severus?

[Harry was annoyed his sister was even in the same room with him but he didn't let anyone see it Harry noticed Snape went to speak but his sister cut him off like the annoying Brat she is],

Mia rolled her eyes if anyone was the brat it was him she scoffed to herself.

Mia: That [she snapped] Is Lady Potter to you Dumbledore [since when did she become Lady Potter Harry thought] and I'm here because I am Harry's LEGAL magical guardian [Harry gave her a wild look he didn't understand what that meant] and although I can't make or take care of anything legal until I am of age I am to be present with any and all legal matters weather it's with school or not [she snirked]

[Harry felt as if this was some big joke and made a mental note to ask Ron about it Later]

"Honestly dude pick up a fucking book" Barty scoffed "it's in all of the pureblood books" Evan added "it's even in the little law book they keep in the library ITS LIERALLY ON DISPLAY AT THE FRONT" Regulus added annoyed.

Dumbledore: [The twinkle In his eye left] Right well, all of this has been taken care of so everyone may go back to the fest [he smiled]

[Thank God Dumbledore has it taken care of or else I'd be out of here Harry thought]

Snape: T-taken care of!??!?! Albus they flew a muggle car to school they were spotted by at least 7 muggles, they basically exposed us which if I may remind you is a LAW.

[Great now he's whining Harry mentally rolled his eyes]

"You could have caused so much problems" Mad-eye moody growled.

Dumbledore: Yes I am aware Severus If you remember I wrote a few of those laws myself, however while you were away..me and Professor McGonagall took care of the matter, now if you please everyone may return to the fest.

[Harry watched Mia walked out walk out then he followed Ron out]

*time skip to everyone in the common rooms*

[Harry and Ron made their way to their dorm they wanted to speak to Hermione but she was ignoring them]

Harry: So what exactly is a magical guardian [he asked Ron climbing the steps to their dorm]

Ron: A magical guardian is someone who usually takes care of or watches over the magical child it's kinda like with your aunt and uncle but instead of magical their your muggle guardian but since the snake [he hissed] is underage she can't technically take care of you however like she said whenever something legal happens she's had to be their mostly for support or to make sure you don't get bombarded with bull locks.

[Harry nodded in understanding and opened the door to their dorm where Neville, Seamus and Dean was conversating Harry scrunched his nose]

Ron: What are you doing here Neville, shouldn't you be off in the Snake pit [he hissed]

[Neville didn't really know what to think of Ron's words but then he remembered what Mia told him last year, about him needing to be more confident and stick up for himself]

Neville: Well, Weasley last time I checked I was a Gryffindor, just because you and the Golden boy here have a problem with the Slytherins doesn't mean everyone else has to [he sneered but on the inside his nerves was rattled]

"Yeah you tell them son" Frank cheered Alice clapped happily then turned and glared at Lily.

Ron: You think your all that cause you have all your little snake friends, but when you need them most they won't be there for you [he laughed] all they care about are themselves.

Harry: No one wants you here Neville why don't you go to the snake pit your a traitor Longbottom just like my pathetic excuse of a sister.

Mattheo shot up from his seat Braxton, Malcom, Draco and Alex held him back Mia went over to calm him down by rubbing his arm.

Neville: I am not leaving just because you two have a problem with me get over it [he rolled his eyes]

Ron: Let's take a vote then, shall we, all in favor of Longbottom leaving the Gryffindor tower [Ron, Harry and Dean raised their hands]

"You say we are bad at bullying but you just bullied Neville out of his own dorm" Mia scoffed.

Neville: Fine, [since Neville never got a chance to unpack it didn't take him long to gather his things and leave he grabbed his school bag throwing it over his shoulder and told himself he would send and elf to grab the trunk he picked up Trevor and walked out]

"Poor Neville, at least he has Mia and all of them" Alice spoke her heart breaking for her son.
