[The group of friends were all gathered in Mia's room including the non Slytherins waiting nervously about where they would be in rank Mia stood infront of her friends with a bit of parchment]

"They look like they are gonna shat themselves" Sirius barked out in laughter James and Remus snorted shaking their heads.

Mia: Is everyone ready?

"Oh I'm so excited" Bellatrix cackled.

All:YES!!!!

Mia: Nova did you do as I asked earlier?

Nova: [smiled] Yes I did I explained everything to them and I hung up the charmed parchment on the board in the common room I told everyone if they joined to keep it secret and the parchment was charmed to where only you can see the names [she was still smiling]

"That's very smart" Novas father nodded.

Mia: Wonderful [she beamed] Okay now remember weather your in the dark phantoms or the shadow circle I trust all of you equally [she looked at the parchment] I will call your name and tell you your rank and place.

Mattheo: Like what our roll would be right or left left command, And other positions?

"Come on get to the good part" Barty groaned "calm down its getting there" Evan sighed.

Mia: Exactly, first I'll start with inner circle so when I call your name please stand next to me [she smiled everyone waited patiently] also their will be a back up in commands

Neville: What do you mean? [He asked confused]

Mia: [Mia smiled she loved how confident he had gotten over the last year] if for say one of my commanders or the court commanders falls sick or is not able to be present then the backup will take their place until the person is back [she explained softly everyone nodded]

Alice and frank smiled at their son his confidence really did grow.

[Alexis smiled and stood on Mia's right]
Pansy you will be the back up but I'm putting you in the court [Pansy smiled and nodded]

Mister parkinson gave a half smile.

Mattheo your my left in command, Braxton your the backup also in the inner circle [both boys stood on her left] Alexzander, Draco and Malcom you three are also in the inner circle, Theo and Evan you as well [all the boys stood next to her on the left]
That leaves two spaces opened.

The parents of the ones who was called smiled proudly.

Now, the rest of you are in the court one person will be head of court however you will still take orders from me the head of court just makes sure that everything runs smoothly and task get done and will keep me informed of everything instead of everyone running to me it will just be one, I already know who head of court will be and they can pick their commands, however I want to tell everyone their positions and make sure everyone agrees.

"That's acutally really smart could you imagine 25 people running up to you and reporting everything Mia would go crazy" Regulus spoke laughing a little, Walburga and Orion agreed.

[Everyone in the room stayed quite no one dared to interrupt they were excited and couldn't wait to get started on whatever they were asked]

Mia: Okay, Mattheo, Evan, Malcom and Theo, your on damage control if someone steps out of line you put them back in their place [the boys nodded in agreement] Draco and Alexis you guys are our potioneers you two are the best at them so it will be your job to make sure everything we need stays stocked I'll give you a list and some money to so you'll know what we need [Alexis beamed at this she loved potions and Draco was happy as well] Daphne and Pansy your on outfit duty for now I drawed up some pictures of what I want them to look like just worry about the court and inner group your in no rush but we do need them by summer [Both girls clapped their hands together and nodded looking at the pictures Mia drew]
