The trials

[It was the day of the trials there was a women standing outside of the court room waiting she had long wavy black hair she stood 5ft6, hazel eyes, olive colored skin and rather thin she wore a black skirt that came knee high and long sleeve black dress shirt, she seemed nervous and kept playing with the handle on her brief case]

"That must be their Lawyer" Narcissa spoke alot of them seemed nervous "she seems very pretty" Pandora smiled.

Auror: [walks up toward her] Are you ready miss [he asked the women nodded and they entered the court room]

[The women looked around and noticed  Regulus Black, Barty Crouch Jr, Evan Rosiar, Bellatrix Lestrange, her husband and his brother, but no Sirius the women glared then the judge spoke]

"Where is Sirius" James questioned said man was biting his nails Remus smacked his hand.

Judge athens: Please present yourself miss and who you are representing.

The women: [clears her throat speaking confidently] Yes I am Annabeth Williams I am presenting Regulus Black, Barty Crouch Jr, Evan Rosiar, Bellatrix Lestrange and the Lestrange Brothers and of course Sirius Black but I am not seeing him why is that [she spoke firmly]

"I can tell she is not the one to mess with" Monty snorted "what can I say I have great taste..." Mia smirked.

Judge athens: we do not have time for 7 trials miss.

"That's a load of rubbish" Orion scoffed.

Miss Williams: [pulls out a paper from her brief case] Lady Potter told me to give this to you incase you said some bullock like that so i suggest you make time [she smirked handing him the paper he quickly looks]

Judge athens: [nervously laughs] on second thought we will make time [he gulps] you two go get mister Black [he says to two aurors they leave] We will start on the case of Regulus Arcturus Black.

"Damn my daughter was prepared for that" James laughed "she's quite smart" Regulus smiled.

[Regulus still cuffed in chains makes his way next to miss williams]

Orion and Walburga looked sadly at the screen Regulus sat up straighter.

Miss williams: Mister Black was arrested for the murders of Mira Potter nee Esmery and Miriam Snape Nee Esmery however it has come to resent news that Mira is Alive currently in st. Mungos under the mentally unstable ward [she pulls out Mira's records] and Miriam died In 1988 well after Mister Black's arrests she died giving birth to her son neither her or her son survived [she pulls out those records as well and gives both to the judge he looks them over]

Snape looked down at his lap tears prickled from his eyes Euphemia cried hearing those words.

Judge: well seeing the evidence [he rolls his eyes] Mister Black you are free to go [he waves his wand and removes the chains] however you must see a healer for your mind before regaining custody of your son, next Barty Crouch Jr.

Barty now sat up.

Miss williams: Mister Crouch was arrested for torturing muggles and muggleborns, however since I clearly can not get evidence for that law 683 states if the defendant agrees then we can use a truth serum [Barty nodded agreeing]

"I would never do such a thing" he scoffed offended "that women came prepared and she wasnt fucking playing mate" Evan half screamed laughing.

[The judge waved over a man and he poured the serum in bartys mouth]

Judge: Mister Crouch where were you on the night of the attack.

Barty: I was at home with son, my Wife had left me for another man I was so upset I called Evan Rosiar over and he stayed with me and helped me with my son.

The future gen children raised a brow at said man "sure he helped" Mia snorted air quoting the word helped, "helped you into bed maybe" Mattheo laughed quietly.

Judge: Did you or have you ever attack muggles and muggleborns?

Barty: no sir

Judge: and Rosiar was with you the entire night?

Barty: Yes I wrote him at 9am that morning and asked him to come over he arrived 10 minutes after through floo and he stayed with me until Aurors busted down my door and arrested us both.

Judge: Mister Crouch and Mister Rosiar you are both free to go however you well both have to be checked out with a healer before gaining your sons back next the lestranges.

"Seems to be going well so far" Sirius said nervously.

[Bellatrix, Rodolphus and Rabastion all stood next to Miss Willaims]

Miss williams: Again no evidence but if my clients agree then truth serum [they all agreed and a man poured the truth serum down their throats quite Harshly Annabeth glared at the man and he ran to the other side of the room terrified]

"He looks as if he's going to piss himself" James laughed "where do they find these people" Sirius laughed.

Judge: did you or did not torture the Lomgbottoms?

Bellatrix: We would never, they was our friends, we was at the Manor all night our son was sick.

Alice and frank smiled.

Judge: And you [he pointed at Rebastion]

Rebastion: I was at my Manor around 4pm I heard a knock at my door their was a baby girl at my door step with a letter saying she belonged to me I took care of her and was trying to get over the fact I was a father, but then I was arrested later that night.

Hermione shifted in her seat which no one noticed Mia looked over at her.

Judge: [sighs] all innocent, again see a healer before getting your children.

[The two aurors came in with Sirius Black he looked worse for wear]

"MY HAIR, WHAT HAPPENED TO MY BEAUTIFUL HAIR" Sirius cried

Judge: not even gonna bother just shove the serum down his throat I want to go home [he groaned the same man poured the serum down his throat this time gently the lawyer Lady scared him]

"He needs a fucking vacation" Barty scoffed.

Judge: Was you the secret keeper to the Potter's and did you tell you-know-who where they was hiding.

Sirius Black: No Peter pettigrew was the keeper and Voldemort already knew he was going to take James and his daughter to safety Dumbledore came in and killed them.

"Uh oh" Remus tucked his lips.

[The court room gasped and started whispering to each other]

Judge: [slams his hammer] Enough your innocent all of you out of my face I'll deal with that information later [he grumbled and limped away]

"That man" Walburga shook her head.

Miss willaims: grouchy, [she turns to the seven] I have strict orders from Lady Potter to take you to Potter Manor where food, clothes a shower and a healer will be waiting, follow me.

[No one said a word but they was all smiling they took a port key to Potter Manor]

Miss williams: now that we are away from the public I must tell you, James Potter is alive and in here [everyone's heads shot up and entered the manor seeing James waiting]

"Who drops information like that on somebody" Evan snorted "someone who was over the entire day and wanted to get out of there" Mia replied "uh Mia school is right after this" Draco whispered "I'm aware" Mia replied.

[Sirius cried Regulus and Sirius hugged him then the screen went black]
