Y/N pov ;

The next morning I woke up at 6:30. I was supposed to take a bus to Blue Lock exactly at 8:20. I got up from bed and went to the bathroom to freshen up my face at least a bit.

Meanwhile I was in the bathroom, I heard the front door open. It was probably my father. I continued on washing my face.

When I was done, I walked to the kitchen and started making myself breakfast. Mom was still asleep, so I was being extra quiet, or at least I was trying.

I made myself a sandwich with fried eggs and some vegetables from the fridge. I sat down at the table and began eating. My father came into the kitchen.

He sat down beside me, reading this morning's newspaper. He didn't really even mind me, so I was just silently sitting there, eating.

- Heard you got a letter.

My father suddenly spoke up, putting down the newspaper he was reading seconds ago and looked at me. He didn't seem mad.

- Yeah.

I simply answered, not really wanting to talk with him about it. I didn't had an issue with him asking me about it though. It was a normal parent thing to do.

- So, are you going there or not?

- Yeah. I'm taking a bus there.

I finished eating and got up from the table. I put the used plate into the dishwasher and made my way to my room, leaving my father in the kitchen.

I looked at the clock, it was 7:31. Time for me to change clothes. I walked over to my wardrobe, opened it and started looking for something to wear.

At the end, I decided to put on a pair of baggy jeans, a black tank top and a dark blue off-shoulder shirt on top of it. I topped it all of with a black belt and put on a necklace I got from mom.

The outfit looked cool, I was pretty happy with how it turned out to look. I didn't knew what to expect at Blue Lock, so I simply went for something I felt comfortable in.

The clock hit 7:49, I had to get going. I still had to wait at the bus station for it to arrive. I put my phone into my pocket, got my packed bag and went to the hall. There, I saw my mom.

- Oh hun, I'm so proud of you! You look absolutely beautiful too!

My mom shed a tear as she came closer to me, holding me in a tight hug. She began rubbing my back with her hand.

- Thanks mom.

I said with a small smile on my face. Mom pulled back a bit, looked at my face, just to hug me once again. I hugged her back.

- We're going to miss you hun.

She said, now crying a bit harder. I sighed, not wanting her to cry over me that much.

- It's okay mom. I don't know for how long I'm going to be gone, but don't worry about me, okay? I'll be fine.

Mom looked at me once again, tears in her eyes but with the biggest smile on her face. Just then, my father came to the hall.

- Alright, you should go now Y/N. You're gonna be late for the bus.

Father said. He came closer to me. Mom pulled back, giving him some space as he put his hand on top of my head.

- Just don't get in trouble. And listen to whoever is the person in charge.

He said, giving me one head pat and went back to the kitchen. My mom smiled a little. Father was right, it was time to go now. I would be late for the bus.

I quickly put on my black pair of shoes, swung my bag over my shoulder and opened the front door.

- Okay, I'm going now. See you guys when I come back. Love you.

I gave mom a last smile before going out of the house and began making my way to the bus stop. When I arrived, there was only an old lady sitting at the bus stop. I sat beside her in silence.

Some time after, right at 8:20, the bus came. I walked inside and took a seat. Luckily, I didn't had to pay for the ticket since I still went to school.

The bus started to leave. I leaned back in my seat and let myself relax. It was going to be a 1 hour drive. I couldn't help but feel excited about the whole ‚Project Blue Lock'.
