A story in which Y/N L/N gets an invite to Blue Lock where she meets amazing football players and someone else...
Everyone quickly got up from their seats, eager to get ready fast and play their first match. I was excited about it as well, it was team's Z first match after all!
- 𝐘𝐨𝐮'𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐠𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐚 𝐛𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝 𝐘/𝐍.
I stopped for a moment as I heard Ego's words. What did he mean with that? Was I not allowed to watch team Z play?
I then understood what he meant. I wasn't allowed on the field for some reason, but the thought of watching the match together with Oliwia made me happy.
- Okay, let's get ready fast then!
- YEAH!
We quickly finished cleaning up the tables. After that, team Z and I parted ways. They went to get ready, and I went to the monitoring room.

As I walked inside the room, I saw Oliwia lying on the floor. She looked pretty tired, I wondered what happened with her while visiting team X.
- Hey, are you okay?
I asked her, sitting down on the floor beside her. She slowly opened her eyes and sat up, fixing her glasses.
- Yeah, just tired. Those dumbasses didn't let me sleep.
She sighed, looking at the turned off monitor. She seemed a bit upset and worried.
- Team Z is gonna lose. We're gonna lose.
She suddenly said, making me shocked. Did she doubt our team? Team Z may be the weakest team in the whole Blue Lock, but I had some hopes for them.
- Why?
- Shouei Barou is going to crash them into pieces. The ‚king' is a monster on the field.
- Shouei Barou? ‚King'?
- Yeah, his ego is bigger than Igaguri's forehead- I mean...Ehm.
- The Igagauri shade is crazy, but is team Z really that hopeless?
- Sadly, yes.
The monitors suddenly turned on. I could see team Z members coming up on the field, eager for their first match.
The match was set to last for 90 minutes with a break at the 45 minute mark. Me and Oliwia watched as our team played rock-paper-scissors, to chose their desired positions on the field.
The match has finally begun. The whole time I was watching the match, Oliwia stayed silent. It was as if she knew something nobody else from team Z did.

After 2 hours and 15 minutes, the match came to the end. I watched the screen with wide eyes as I saw the results from the match.
Team X won 5-1. I wanted to go to that damn field and tell them something, but I couldn't do anything.
I was glad that at least our team scored 1 goal. You're not always able to win the first match. As I sat on the floor, watching the repeat of the match, Oliwia got up.
- I told you. ‚King' Barou is a monster.
She said as she walked out of the monitoring room. I decided to stay some more and analyze the whole match, hoping to find something to help team Z to get better.
