Phoenix Gomez had returned to her mom's apartment before, yet this time felt different. Annabeth came with her, Phoenix didn't want to go alone. 

After finding out that her mom was also a demigod and a child of Aphrodite, she didn't know how to talk to her mom.

Harlow helped Phoenix pack her stuff and Davey and Annabeth helped her bring it to the car where Argus would take her back to her home. 

Davey gave his sister a hug, "good luck, kid."

"Thanks, Davey." Phoenix smiled.

"See you later, Wise Girl," Davey said.

"Bye, Davey."

Davey walked back to his cabin as another person walked up. 

"Phoenix!" Silena called. The brunette ran up to Phoenix. 

"Hi, Silena," Phoenix smiled giving the girl a hug. 

"Don't forget to Iris Message me, okay?"

"You're already on my list," Phoenix smiled.

"Good," Silena nodded and reached into her pocket. "This is for you."

She handed Phoenix a beautiful pearl bracelet with golden beads throughout the pearls.

"Your bracelet?" Phoenix asked, taking it. "But didn't your mom get it for you?"

"Nope," Silena smiled showing her the identical one on her wrist, "She got another one for you."

"Thank you, Silena!" Phoenix smiled, sliding the bracelet onto her wrist, complementing the other two well. 

"Of course, you're like a sister to me."

Phoenix smiled, "you're like a sister to me too, Silena."

The two girls hugged one more time before Annabeth and Phoenix got into the car and made their way to the apartment.

When Phoenix and Annabeth arrived at the apartment, Phoenix was nervous. She knocked on the door and it was immediately opened by a little blonde haired girl.

"Phoenix you are home!" The girl wrapped her arms around Phoenix.

"Hi Charlie!"

"I haven't seen you in an bazillion years!"

"I know, I know, I'm staying until summer though, I promise."

"Are you going to camp?"

"Yeah, this summer."

"That's were you were the whole time, mommy told me."

"She did?"

"Yup!" Charlie smiled. 

"Phoenix?"

 Emilia Gomez walked out of her office to see Phoenix.

"Welcome back dear," Emilia smiled. "I'm so glad you came back, I missed you a lot."
