CHAPTER 7 - EARTHMIX

Born with a gold spoon Earth had a life people would envy but he didn't think  like that. His family is the wealthiest family in Thailand. And when his parents got married it added to their wealth as two big empires became one puitrakul and chearavanont.

Earth is two years younger than his sister although she is a beta but she is more of an alpha by personality ever since they were kids she was always been best at everything she did and Earth always felt pressure. They both knew that they had to take over their family empire. As both of their parents had a lot on their shoulders they didn't have much time for their kids.

It affected both kids, they were competitive and cold. It was impossible to see their affectionate side. And when their gender got confirmed it only put them in more pressure. Earth was compared with his dominant alpha grandpa and his sister tried her best to be an alpha by nature. But when their mother got pregnant for the third time everything changed.

It wasn't a planned pregnancy. Tasha was 11 and Earth was 9 that time. Their mothers health was weak so she was asked to take complete rest during pregnancy. And it led to more family time. Tasha was happy she had a motherly love towards the unborn. She and Earth didn't have a good bond. They never got along and always kept fighting.

As for Earth he was always silent as a kid and he hated the unborn child like none other. There was no specific reason but he hated his little sibling. Maybe he didn't want more competition or he didn't want another kid to become like him. When First born everyone was so happy except Earth. He didn't even look at the child for once. But First was indeed a blessing as he brought his family together emotionally.

When First was almost one year old he went missing everyone was afraid and searching for him everywhere the house was in chaos. Even Earth who had never seen First's face was looking for him. That was the first time he entered his baby brother's nursery. First wasn't in his crib that's why everyone was assuming all the worst possibilities. Earth stood there looking at the empty crib and he then went to search the Cupboards. It was an instinct. But to everyone's shock, First was there tangled in clothes. No one imagined First was able to do something like this as he was barely one that time.

As Earth opened the door for the first time he saw his baby brother and First smiled towards Earth. First was drooling but his mouth was wide open with a big smile then ke crawled towards Earth and hugged his leg. Earth immediately picked up First and hugged him tight. Then once everything was settled Earth lost his cool on his family. He was so mad at them he couldn't bear the thought of what might have happened to First because of others' carelessness. But what shocked everyone was Earth's anger. He was a quiet kid and moreover he hated First but the 11 year old who was standing there was different. It seemed like he only cared about First.

As time passed Earth and First become inseparable. Growing up Earth had never felt that much love Or protective towards anyone else. For First, Earth is his comfort zone although they had an age difference of 10 years they are each other's best friend. Earth didn't want to inherit the family business so he opened a restaurant chain of his own.

He never had been in a relationship. He preferred to keep things casual. As he is also a pilot after his flights when he returns to Thailand he spends his nights enjoying himself at his restaurant. It was one of those nights he met Mix. Mix was a new staff there but both didn't know each other's identity. It was after Mix's shift ended he found a drunk person outside the building. He tried to help him but that person shocked him by asking “do you want to sleep with me?” That was the first sentence Earth said to Mix when their eyes met.

Earth is handsome and hot so there is no way Mix won't sway by the sudden question. Maybe it was the cold breeze or the intoxicating look they ended up spending the night at a motel. Next day before Earth woke up, Mix had already left the place, which was a first for Earth because usually whenever he sleeps with anyone they try everything to cling on to him the next morning. Firstly it was simple curiosity which made Earth search for the mysterious stranger but when he saw his details something got his attention.

For Earth it was the best night he had spent so he was sure the other person would be an omega but that wasn't the case he is a beta moreover he is an employee at Earth's restaurant. He then decided to meet Mix to buy his silence and to make sure they were on the same page. But ended up asking mix for a second night together. As they started to spend more nights together Earth found himself drawn to Mix. He wanted to mark him and hide him from the entire world, but that's not possible. Earth had never felt this way, not even towards an omega but Mix became special for him without trying.

As Earth started to spend his time more outside First became suspicious and he confronted Earth about it. Earth was never beloved in love unlike First who is a hopeless romantic. But seeing Earth First the love doctor diagnosed his feelings immediately, it's an hopeless case of romance no one could do anything other than Earth himself. And it's been six months from there on Earth and Mix started to spend nights together. Everytime Earth tried to flirt or confess, Mix would react in a totally clueless way.

So it can be said it's six months of Earth courting Mix and still getting treated coldly from Mix, no matter what he says or does Mix never takes a hint. On the other hand Mix is a simple minded innocent person and for him having Earth as a part of his life is something he still wasn't able to fully digest. When Earth asked to sleep with him, Mix didn't have a reason to reject. Earth didn't force him and more than anything he wasn't sure he would ever meet someone as handsome as Earth again so he took his first chance with him.

And they have been getting close to each other ever since but he finds Earth confusing. As time passed by, Earth had become more flirty and gentle but why would a person like him flirt with Mix? Mix is certain that Earth is doing everything just because their compatibility in bed is great. So Mix is more like living in the moment because according to him it has an expiry date.

When Earth heard someone tried to force himself on First he just wanted to kill that person and he might have done it if First didn't stop him. He was so angrier that he didn't even notice his ‘khun Mix’ standing there. For Earth First is his everything and anyone does anything to hurt First they have to deal with Earth. When he said he would kill for First he meant it. Even though Khaotung turned out to be Mix's brother it doesn't change his feelings.

First kept praising Khaotung through their entire way back but it just made Earth angrier and the fact that kid is also a dominant alpha didn't sit well with him either. He didn't like a single word which was used to praise Khaotung and the expression First was making made Earth more pissed. But he couldn't let it out as he didn't want to make his baby brother angry. Earth's mind is clear even when he marries Mix, Earth would never permit Khaotung near First.
