CHAPTER 11- ALPHAS

Khaotung went straight to First but before he reached the mystery man left. First had a bright smile on his face, but that smile irritated Khaotung. First waved his bye and turned back only to be startled by Khaotung. Khaotung was standing there so close that when First turned back their nose almost touched. First calmed his heart and took a step back. Khaotung who was fuming in anger suddenly felt helpless. He was like a furious tiger who turned into a cute kitten in front of his wife. 

Khaotung wasn't angry, instead he felt nervous that he couldn't uttar a single word. First gave him a questioning look but didn't say anything. As First walked ignoring Khaotung completely Khao managed to finally say something “wh..oo.. Whoo??” But even he himself didn't hear it as his voice was really low toned. But what shocked him was surprisingly he got a reply “Nadech Kugimiya”

It wasn't First's voice, Khaotung can't mistake it. He turned back to see the owner of that voice. That's when Khaotung realized it wasn't a reply for what he said but a question to First. “It's Nadech Kugimiya, right?” Boom asked anxiously to which First nodded his head. Next second Boom ran, dragging First by pulling his hand towards the school building.

Khaotung stood there trying to figure out what just happened. Nadech Kugimiya, is a well known name although Khaotung didn't recognize the person at first glance his name did ring a bell. He immediately took out his phone and googled it and there he was Nadech Kugimiya, current international boxing champion under 72 kg and dominant alpha.

There was absolutely no personal information about him but ‘Kugimiya’ is not a common surname. Khaotung knew First is from a wealthy family when he realized his relationship with Earth but one thing he didn't understand is how is First related to Nadech Kugimiya? There is no way Earth would allow a random alpha near First, does that mean Nadech Kugimiya is not any alpha? But there is no way they are related to blood!

At last the only possible conclusion he reached is he might be the alpha match for First chosen by First's family. If that is the case First looked happy around his arranged match does that mean he no longer has feelings for Khaotung? Was everything just a fling? Just by thinking Khaotung felt uncomfortable there was something Piercing his heart.

Boom dragged First to the library, it was their hideout spot as only few people visited there. Most of the time it was quiet and today wasn't an exception. “Oh! Boom… why did you drag me here? My kitten looked really nervous back there, maybe he was confessing!!!” First said the last part with a little more excitement. Boom took a deep breath and smacked his friend's head to bring him back to reality and said “oh my dear Alice why are you always in wonderland? For once care about others”

First put his hands around Boom's shoulder and said “oh love don't be jealous of my kitten” From Boom's expression First could tell he wasn't in a mood to joke so First didn't drag the conversation further he simply said “ok fine! Now tell me what is bothering my bestie? And how do you know P’Nach?” First was leaning on Boom's shoulder in a side hug so Boom made a distance and stood in front of First and spoke “ how do you know him? You guys seem close”

“We are, he is my brother in law” First replied to which Boom nodded his head. There was a few minutes silence then Boom said collecting his thoughts “mine too” But First was in complete shock “what? How is that possible? Is he cheating on my sis? No! No! No! But you don't even have a sibling! …” First was rumbling so Boom had no choice but to yell at him “STOP!!! dude I don't have any siblings but he has one” After a minute First's face turned into a big ohhh as he realized.

“So the alpha who marked you, the one you are betrothed to is his brother Aou? Like in Thanaboon Kugimiya?” First asked to confirm and Boom shook his head in a yes. “But he is annoying! Always talks a lot and acts all clingy” First complained. “Why does that sound familiar?” Boom said sarcastically, taunting First. “Oh! Taking your husband's side already” First teased Boom a little then Continued “Dude isn't it a good thing? Look, you have always wanted to meet him and now I can arrange a meet up for you” First sounded excited but Boom didn't want to jump on things.

“Are you guys friends?” Boom asked further. “No I mean maybe I don't know he was the only alpha who was allowed to be around me other than my family. I always wondered how but now I know it's all because you both are imprinted. But yeah we might not be best friends but I can tolerate him for my best friend’s sake.” First said as he genuinely wants to help his friend. “I'm not ready yet” Boom said in a low tone which First understood. He then gently hugged Boom, he wanted Boom to feel comfortable and at ease.

Few days passed, everyone with eyes could see Khaotung was really trying his best to hold a conversation with First but every single time he approached First he found himself at a loss of words. Khaotung even prepared a speech and pulled an all nighter but of no use because before khaotung could say anything First yelled at him.

Well, that's what happened according to Khaotung but in reality First noticed how Khaotung was struggling to approach him and start a conversation so when Khaotung came up to him First just asked him what Khao wanted. And then Khaotung interrupted it differently and left without saying anything. Boom couldn't help but laugh at Khaotung although he initially warned Khaotung but as time passed he realized how the dominant alpha, whom their whole school is afraid of, is acting as a shy kitten in front of First.

First had an idea what Khaotung was trying to do but he still gave Khaotung the cold shoulder because he wanted Khaotung to understand how hurt he was because of Khao's past words and actions. But at the same time he couldn't help but fall deeper and deeper for Khaotung. And First wanted Khaotung to understand that First is going to be the boss in their relationship. No matter how dominant Khaotung can be, First will always have the last say.

But it was making First frustrated as Khaotung is taking baby steps, he should just run to First and hug him and never let go. It's already the weekend and everyone was going back to home as classes were over. Suddenly one of the students from a different class approached First. He is a recessive alpha he introduced himself and it was obvious he was hitting on First. As soon as Boom saw what was going on he immediately looked at Khaotung to see his reaction and that was worth it. Khaotung remained in his seat and he was holding a pen in his hand more like a pen which he just broke, it had a very painful death.

Boom was really liking the show as the boy gave First a gift and asked him out things become more intense. First only talked to him because he didn't want to reject the boy in front of everyone as it would be too embracing but when he asked him on a date First didn't know what to say. But the sudden change in atmosphere made him confident in his own feelings. Suddenly all the alpha in class started to feel uncomfortable. It was like someone was giving a death warning through their dominant pheromones.

Everyone turned to Khaotung because they knew only an alpha is capable of threatening other alpha through pheromones and here the intensity was too high so it has to be a dominant alpha. It was different for First when he felt Khaotung's pheromones it made his heart warm. Khaotung's pheromones are the most comforting thing for First.

“What are you doing?”
“don't you know releasing pheromones in school is prohibited”
“What is his problem”
“As an omega, why does First seem at ease? Won't it affect him?”
The kids started to ask questions but Khaotung didn't care, his eyes were fixed on the new kid.

“No one is holding you guys here. School is over, why don't you all get lost?” Khaotung said to everyone in general but his gaze was still on the new boy.

The boy came forward and was about to pick a fight with Khaotung but First stopped him saying “sorry i have a date tomorrow” and left with Boom. The boy was heartbroken as he got rejected but someone was feeling like his world is about to collide. Khaotung couldn't help but think about First's words. Was that just an excuse? Or was he being serious? Khaotung couldn't sleep a wink as his mind was occupied by all kinds of thoughts. It was already Saturday morning so as the last resort Khaotung decided to contact Boom. He found Boom's number from their class group chat and texted him.

‘I know you don't trust me Or like me but please tell me is First actually going on a date?’

‘Aren't you invading someone's privacy?’

Khaotung begged for quite some time because nothing else mattered to him that time then Boom finally answered.

“He is indeed meeting an alpha for lunch. Today 12 pm at royal cafe.
