He had a message, she just knew it. But what was it and why was he wanting her to deliver it?
A supernatural sasusaku. Work friends (with secret crushes) where Sakura can see and communicate with ghosts. Slight 18+ due to language & violence. This one will probably be turned into a short fic. I've got some ideas rolling around in my head for it. (This one is also unedited!)

.He wasn't grotesque as she'd thought he would be, given that the crime scene photos had been graphic to say the least, but rather as Sakura presumed his prior, human-form, had been; apart from a scar that ran the full length of his right brow to just above his upper lip.
A handsome aspiring entrepreneur of a mere twenty seven in age; set to inherit a large corporation in the prime of his life. Struck down far too soon.
Murdered.
All because some drunken bastard thought it would be fun to fly through a ten mile an hour intersection going at least fifty in the dawning hours on a crisp Autumn morning.
A shame really.
'Poor man.'
He stood at attention near his brother's back, stiff in his posture with his arms crossed over his chiseled chest. His dress shirt and pants showed zero signs of wear and rested, pressed and pristine, across his body like a second skin.
His expressionless face made it difficult to read him, but his dark eyes bore into her with an intensity that made it difficult to breathe let alone focus on today's meeting. Her right hand sat poised above her blank canvas; the tip of her pen hovering above the paper with parallel lines running the vertical length as she tried to swallow past the growing lump in her throat. Why was she suddenly feeling so anxious?
'Those eyes...'
His eyes were as inky as the midnight sky and void of any natural light... giving them an eerie darkness that made her squirm uncomfortably in her seat. On a normal basis spirits or spectors didn't give her the heebie jeebies. Something about this particular one, and the seeming recognition in his eyes, made her stomach roll uncontrollably with a building tension that threatened to cause her heart to burst from her chest.
"Sakura? Hello, earth to Sakura. You in there, kid?" A harsh nudge on her shoulder broke her from the intense hole she'd been staring into the wall above her co-workers left shoulder. She shook her head to clear it before turning to gaze at the silver-haired on her right. A look of deep concern crossed the CEO's features as he leaned over slightly to whisper in her ear. "Hey, you okay, kiddo? You don't look well. You look like you've just seen a ghost or something."
She burst into a fit of giggles, though the mirth didn't reach her eyes and came out as a strangled sound. 'If only you knew how right you were, Kakashi,' she thought as she tried to give him a reassuring smile. "I'm fine. Continue, please." Though his silver brows creased with tension, the older man nodded before returning to the conversation with their colleagues.
She let out a low breath and turned again to avoid his curious gaze. Unfortunately though for her, the spirit was still present; a harsh reminder of her new reality. 'Guess this is what happens when you have a near death experience,' she thought as her grip on the pen tightened.
A gift some would call it; while others, a curse.
The sad reality is that this wasn't the first time she'd seen Itachi after his passing, but it was the first time he'd been so bold in his acknowledgment of her and the pinkette felt a sudden urge to just run away. Too flee. To escape as far and as fast as she could. But somehow she knew that wouldn't matter. No matter how far she ran she couldn't outrun fate; and clearly he had some unfinished business to resolve with his younger brother that he was now hellbent on having her help him with. She closed her eyes and sighed.
No.
It wasn't the first time she'd encountered Uchiha Itachi and somehow, she knew it wouldn't be the last.
