"I DID WHAT??"
Rishav typical yelled, being confused he turn to look at us, trying to find some answer. He looked at me and I did the same and gave him a small nod hoping that he understood what I'm trying to say.
He somehow manages to say, scratching his neck, with the index finger "Haan....haa....maa, woh...maine hi bola tha bhai ko..ki agar..unka kaam jaldi khatam ho jaye toh inko pick kar le, aate time."
Maa was ready to start her investigation but shanvi stopped her "Maa, leave all that, look nah what I got..and you know Riya di got so many pretty, beautiful dresses for the ceremony"
"Acha Riya? Humko nahi dikhayegi ??" Neha auntie(Suhana's mother) asked her with a loveable tone.
All the ladies took their sit in the living room to look what they got for themselves. It's Basically their 'what I got for the wedding' session going on.
We were standing at the corner of the living room watching them when Rishav breaks the silence between us "jab jhuth mere naam se hi bolna tha toh abhi bhi inform kar dete, atleast main bhi ready rehta thoda."
I point my finger at Arian "iss kutte ne bola"
"Mujhe laga hi tha" rishav replied in a sarcastic way .
Arian complaint looking at us "toh or kya karta?? In logo ne sochne ka time kaha diya". Rishav sighs listening to his compliance "ek baat batao, tum log gaye kyu the waha ??"
"Kuch kaam tha, isiliye gaye the" Arian said trying to sound confident with his lie.
"Jhuth nah bol , sach bata. kyu gaya tha??" rishav asked, completely being aware that he's lying.
"Sach hi bol raha hu. Abhay bol nah?" Arian looked at me.
I was about to reply but-
"Abhay beta...come here for a sec." Mom called me.
As I walked towards her, Maa approach me with a small diary in hand "Abhay, kya tum yah dairy mere kamare mein rakh aa sakate ho?"
"Of course, Maa. But what's in this diary?"
Handing me the diary she response "nothing much just wedding related information and the numbers of event, caterer manager ?"
"Oh, okay sure thing, Maa. I'll keep this diary in your room" I let her know.
"Thank you, dear. I appreciate your help."
