The last she wolf

CHAPTER 1

"Mom they're here" I shouted with worry laced in my voice.

"Go find Emily and lock yourself in the wood basement behind our house, the password is 1995,go" She tells me and when I was about to leave she grabbed my wrist and told me "And honey, don't forget I love you and Emily, the best girls I've ever met" She said and that sounded as a goodbye and that really confused me.

Anyway I started looking for my guardian and also my bestfriend Em to do as I was told after a while I finally found her embrasing her sister who was just shot so I grabbed Emily and dragged her with me and in our way home the only thing I could hear was her shouting and cursing at the world.

Suddenly, I was taken out of my thoughts when I heard a loud noise inside my house and then HE was on the window while screaming at his men so we stopped in our tracks and Emily without knowing stepped on a branch and caused a great noise so HIS head snapped to us and said "There she is" while pointing at me.

THREE YEARS AGO

" Mom, dad, What's happening??" I said looking between them and the suitcases in our living room; my mom looked sad and hurt and had some bags under her green eyes which were all red, I guess from crying while my dad looked hurt and guilty as if he couldn't do anything to help her so that let me really worried and scared for what I was about to hear.

"Mrs. Wright, Where do I have to leave my things?? Do I take them to the car??" Emily said while coming inside the house and she stopped in her tracks when she saw me and she instantly regretted, What was she doing here?? but most important, Why were her things here?? Not that I mind to live with my bestfriend but she knows something I don't and it has to do with my own family and that annoyed me a little bit.

"Mom, What's happening?? I have a right to know what's going on I have 16 I can tell you that whatever it is we can all get through it so just tell me okay??"

"Sweetheart we need to talk" She said with a hoarse and broken voice but as calm as she could be "You know hunters are trying to kill us, you know, they are trying to kill werewolves in general, well they had come up with a great plan to end up with all of us and I must say it was really smart".

"What's the idea they had come up with??" I asked scared because I didn't like where this conversation was going. "They have started to kill all the she wolves they found and that way we can't reproduce ourselves" My dad told me with and angry look on his face and his fists clenched.

"How bad is it now?? , I mean how many have they killed already??" I asked concerned to no one in particular; "Well as you know there are about a million of she wolves in this world, and right now there are only 5000 left, so I would say it's pretty bad" Em told me and I was so amused when did this all happend, I'm so gonna pray for those poor girls and women and just like that I noticed something, I'm gonna die.

"But don't worry Sophie you will be fine because you are leaving in a few minutes to be in the safest place in this world so they won't find you" My dad said worried and trying to convince both, me but also himself.

"You dad are coming too, right??" I asked with hope althought something inside of me told me he won't. "No, I can't but I will miss you so much and be thinking of you all day and night, I love you girls" He said while letting some tears come out and hugging us; I was shocked in all ways , this was actually happening. I started to cry while tightening my grip on my father, I would miss him a lot.

"You need to get going now" He said as if he was broken and it was killing me and I know my mom was worst than me, she was losing her own mate which I don't think it's an easy thing to do.
