SOPHIE'S POV

Therefore I ran as fast as I could, I needed to protect my friends and family as I now could call them so when I arrived to the little town I tried to recover myself and when I finally did I told Julia "Mom they're here" I shouted with worry laced in my voice.

"Go find Emily and lock yourself in the wood basement behind our house, the password is 1995, go" She tells me and when I was about to leave she grabbed my wrist and told me "And honey, don't forget I love you and Emily, the best girls I've ever met" She said and that sounded as a goodbye and that really confused me.

Anyway I started looking for my guardian and also my bestfriend Em to do as I was told after a while I finally found her embrasing her sister who was just shot so I grabbed Emily and dragged her with me and in our way home the only thing I could hear was her shouting and cursing at the world.

Suddenly, I was taken out of my thoughts when I heard a loud noise inside my house and then HE was on the window while screaming at his men so we stopped in our tracks and Emily without knowing stepped on a branch and caused a great noise so HIS head snapped to us and said "There she is" while pointing at me.

Just as he finished the sentence we were running as fast as our legs could carry us and eventually I wanted to shift into my wolf 'Brooke' but that was not an option because I will be confirming that I am the last she wolf.

Of course we were followed until they lost our tracks because we literally ran our butts off and then I started to think which house was Julia talking about? Maybe that's the reason we moved she wanted us to be safe.

So we did our best to get into our new house without being noticed, meanwhile the shots were still heard so they were killing each one of us. I wonder if Julia will make it through because as I know Nicole was killed and I can't just forget all the people they've taken away from me so I will get my revenge and they will wish they were never born.

We finally arrived and started to look around the backyard of any sign of basement and after what it felt as a minute we found it and shared a look between ourselves before we stared at the door hoping someone of the town could make it. Also I noticed that this basement was soundproof and also we couldn't hear anything of what was happening outside and that scared me.

"It's been an hour Sophie, we need to carry on and find another way out of this place" Em said between sobs, yes we were crying it was just too much and I couldn't handle so much pain. I nodded, I needed to let go but I just didn't wanted to.

Walking, that is everything we had been doing for the last four hours, this was not a basement I mean this was a freakin' tunnel, I just can't stop wandering where will this take us? I just want this to be over with yeah I'm worn out of this drama.

"Maybe we should contact our fathers as much as we know they must be alive and they will protect us and be by our side, I mean just look around we don't have anything and anyone except them" I said with my now hoarse and broken voice "But our main problem right now is to know where does this tunnel ends?" I continued. Em never looked at me and I know that it's because she doesn't like that people see her cry and she always wants to keep it all together and be strong and I admired her for that.

"I think we shouldn't go with our fathers, Have you seen what we have done??" She asked and then she kept going "Doesn't matter where we go they'll eventually find us and kill everybody who we love and of course we are included. I just can't stop wandering what the hell are they? Is Shannon really a lycan?? Does she still works with this Dominic guy?? Who's their leader??" She then looked at me and saw how broken I was and just continued "Look Sophie we need more information so that we know who are we against and what do they exactly want from us and after that we can visit what's left of our families" She said and waited for me to let that piece of information sink in.
