Raghav POV

The King of Awadh didn't seem like the one I had met in real life. His eyes appeared incensed red as if he was possessed by some evil entity. Bhagwati knows what happened to him.

I tried to approach him with my sword in my hand, but where is my sword. I roamed my hands around my waist to find it, but it wasn't there.

Damn!

I walked bare handed to him, and he turned towards me, carrying an angry look on his face. I got startled by him for a moment, and suddenly heavy sounds of someone hitting the ceiling bothered me.

But there was no ceiling in this palace!

"What the hell is happening with me?"

I muttered to me, holding my head that felt like bursting with all the negative emotions that had never bothered me.

"Raghav!"

Chandani's voice invaded my ears, and suddenly everything felt a little better to me now.

"Chandani!"

I mumbled, gazing upwards. The sounds of ploughing became quite audible to me now. The King of Awadh disappeared apparantly from before me.

"Raghav!"

I pivoted my head backwards, and saw Chandani standing before me. Ranveer and Indrajeet stood behind her. She opened her arms, and immediately crouched to encase me in a soothing hug.

"Chandani! I don't know what is happening to me?"

I somewhat sobbed holding my life tightly. I never knew she could heal me so much. Her mere touch was making me feel butterflies and calmness.

"You were being tested, Raghav! And you've proved it that no negativity can affect you."

She muttered to me, her palms gently tracing my back, while she kept imparting soft kisses all over my face.

"Yuddhjeet is captured. The King must return to punish him."

She mumbled to me, lovingly caressing my head as our gazes met. She was in tears. For a moment, I was shocked to decipher that my Chandani defeated him. The woman who was scared to face him directly, defeated him today.

I was proud of her today, but suddenly I realised that Maharaj Shauryaditya wasn't present with us anymore.

"The King of Awadh, what happened to him?"

I asked Chandani, Indrajeet and Ranveer. Both of my brothers took a place beside me.

"He is no King! He is an illusion, or perhaps negativity affected him."

Indrajeet spoke up, trying to find him everywhere. His gaze wavered to all the corners of this illusionary palace.

"We need to leave Raghav, before Yuddhjeet does something that we don't desire."

Chandani spoke up, and I inhaled sharply, nodding my head.

"Fine!" I stood up, and she handled me the sword. I gawked at her with shocked expressions because this sword is too heavy to lift, and she could do so during her pregnancy phase.

"I don't know how it was possible, Raghav...but I'm sure we'll know it soon."

She mumbled to me. She understands what I think.

"Hm!" I hummed in response, and we all walked out of the tunnel like structure, without the King of Awadh, who had mysteriously disappeared now.

The moment we reached into the tent, a chaotic scene welcomed us.
