It was a rare day off for Alexa, and she decided to spend it doing something she hadn't done in a long time—shopping.
She had a few things she needed to pick up, but more than anything, she wanted to clear her head.
Her life had become a whirlwind of emotions, and she needed a break from all the drama, even if just for a few hours.
Alexa strolled through the mall, taking her time as she browsed the stores. It felt good to be out, blending in with the crowd, with no one recognizing her. She'd slipped on a pair of oversized sunglasses and a baseball cap, her usual disguise for when she wanted to go unnoticed. It worked well enough; only a few people gave her a second glance.
She was in the middle of debating whether to buy a new pair of sneakers when she heard a familiar voice behind her.
"Well, well, well, look who it is! Fancy seeing you here, Alexa."
She turned around and found herself face-to-face with Jude and Jobe. Jude looked as handsome as ever, dressed in a casual hoodie and jeans, his usual laid-back style. Jobe, on the other hand, had a mischievous grin on his face, the kind that told Alexa he was up to no good.
"Hey," Alexa greeted, trying to keep her cool even as her heart did a little flip at the sight of Jude. "What are you two doing here?"
"Just shopping," Jude replied, his eyes lighting up as he looked at her. "What about you?"
"Same," she said with a shrug. "Needed a few things and figured I'd make a day of it."
"Well, since we're all here, why don't we hang out together?" Jobe suggested, his grin widening as he glanced between Jude and Alexa. "You know, make it a fun day out?"
Alexa glanced at Jude, who gave her a small, almost imperceptible nod. "Sure, why not?"
They spent the next hour wandering from store to store, with Jobe taking the lead and dragging them into every shop that caught his interest.
It was clear that Jobe was in a playful mood, and he seemed determined to keep things light and fun, cracking jokes and making silly faces at Alexa whenever Jude wasn't looking.
At one point, they ended up in a high-end clothing store, and Jobe immediately started picking out outfits for both Jude and Alexa. He held up a bright pink shirt to Jude, pretending to admire it.
"I think this would look great on you, Jude," Jobe said, holding the shirt up to Jude's chest. "Really brings out your eyes."
Jude rolled his eyes, but there was a smile tugging at the corners of his lips. "I'm not wearing that, Jobe."
"Oh, come on, live a little!" Jobe insisted, draping the shirt over Jude's shoulder. "Alexa, what do you think? Doesn't it just scream 'Jude Bellingham'?"
Alexa laughed, shaking her head. "I think Jude might actually kill you if you make him wear that."
"Thank you," Jude said, flashing her a grateful smile as he handed the shirt back to Jobe. "Let's keep looking, yeah?"
