I woke up and disinflated the mattress I put it back inside the box and I put it in my car along with the blanket and pillows I used. I got ready to leave and grabbed Lucky. I took one last look at my room and every other room upstairs. I walked downstairs and did the same thing. I opened the door and stared at the empty house. I locked the door and got inside my car. I put lucky on the passengers seat and put the directions to the new house on my phone. I was the last one out of the house since my parents decided to go to the house early this morning. They would go everyday after my dad got out of work and unpack but there was still a couple of things that had to be unpacked. I drove to the house and parked behind my parents car. I walked around the house and walked into the room that was mine. My dad set up my bed and out my mattress on it. I got some fresh clean bedding and blankets and made my bed. I unpacked my clothes and shoes and put them in my closet, I put a couple of things in my dresser and put my makeup in my vanity. I decorated my room a little bit to make it look less basic and helped my parents unpack the rest of the things that needed to be unpacked and put away. After hours of unpacking and putting things away my stomach was growling. Before I could ask if we would get sone food my dad said that he ordered a pizza and that it was on it's way. The pizza man arrived after what seemed like forever and I was finally able to eat. I was going to go back to my room until Lucky came up to me crying. I tried to get him to stop but he wouldn't. "Ama he keeps crying, I'm going to take him for a walk." "Okay mija but only walk around this block and please be careful." "I know mami I will" I grabbed his leash and put it on and walked out the door. That's when it hit me, Cesar's house is across the street from mine. When I got here I wasn't focused on anything else or the other houses around me. I wonder if he still lives there? I thought to myself. I opens the small gate in the fence and closed it behind me. Lucky and I walked to the stop sign and I heard bickering. I'm a little chismosa so I turned around to see who it was and saw Cesar, Ruby, Jamal and Monse. I was about to turn right back around because I didn't think any of them would recognize me and it would be weird for me if they didn't. That was until I head Cesar. "Luna?" I turned around and saw him walking towards me. "That's me." "You're back? The last time I saw you was before..." he trailed off. "Yeah I know. My dad lost his job and we had to move here" Cesar's face went from looking worried to looking serious and Ruby and Jamal looked scared. Before I could turn around to see what they were looking at all I heard was. "Welcome home Luna." That's when I knew exactly who was behind me. The one and only Oscar Diaz. "Cesar you need to come home" Cesar nodded and told me he would see me later. I was about to head back home until Jamal insisted that they would show me around and Ruby caught me up on everything that has happened while I was gone. After Jamal's little "tour" I went home and spent the rest of the day in my room watching a show.
