Girls Night

Two months went by, I joined the cheer team at Freeridge after Gloria and Leti begged me to join.  Oscar and I have been getting closer and we've been hanging out after and outside of school. I wouldn't hang out with him all the time but I did it often. All of this talking and hanging out has made me develop feelings for Oscar, I want to see him all the time which drives me absolutely crazy because every time I do see him I have to lie to my parents and say that I'm with Gloria or Leti. Spending time with him makes it harder for me to push these feelings away. Anyways, I would always tell Gloria and Leti about my friends in Brentwood and every time I went to visit the girls back in Brentwood I would tell them about Leti and Gloria and they have all wanted to meet each other since. We've been meaning to hang out for a while but none of our schedules aligned up until now. Alexis' parents were out of town because they went on a business trip so Alexis suggested we have a girls night at her house because aside from her brother she was the only one who was going to be at her house. I told Gloria and Leti and they agreed,I picked them up and drove to Alexis' house. I knocked on the door and Myka opened it, we walked in and I introduced everyone to each other. Alexis took us to her room and told us to leave our stuff in there. "Have you guys eaten dinner?" Alexis asked. "Nah" we all replied. "Do you guys wanna get some food?" She asked. We all said yes and after being indecisive for the past 15 minutes we finally decided on getting Wingstop. *Time Skip* the food finally got here and we ate and talked. The girls got to know each other and finally we all started chismeando. "So, Luna is there anyone at Freeridge that has caught your eye?" Julissa asked. "Nah" "Yeah right Luna." Gloria said. "We see the way you and Oscar be looking at each other." Leti added. "Hold up. Y'all gotta tell us more about this foo" Myka said. "Nah for real, what's he look like." "Luna show them some pictures." Gloria said. "Fine, but I don't like Oscar." I said as I looked through our messages to find some pictures of him. I showed the girls and they all agreed that he was attractive. I showed them a couple of pictures and didn't show them anymore because that's doing too much. "Get him Luna!" Myka said. "We been telling her but she swears her and Oscar are just friends." Gloria said. "We are!" "Friend's don't look at each other like that." Leti added "Just like the way you and Antonio look at each other?" I said flipping it over to her. "That's different because I'm not in denial about how I feel about Antonio." "I'm not in denial." "Whatever Luna." They all said. We cleaned up all of our trash and went to Alexis' room. We talked some more and then we started getting ready to go out. Julissa kept talking to us about this club and we all decided to go. After I did my hair and makeup I took my dress out of my bag and changed in Alexis' bathroom and got a text from Oscar.

and nothing I just wanted to see if you wanted to go for a drive.

I was about to reply until Myka started knocking on the door. "You almost done?" "Shit, my bad. I was texting Oscar I said as I opened the door. They all looked at me and smirked. "You should invite him." Alexis suggested. " I thought y'all wanted to have a girls night." They all didn't seem to care if they came along. "If you do tell him to bring Antonio." Leti added. "You can invite him." "I will, but I'm telling him to bring Oscar." I looked at her dead in the eyes knowing she was serious. "You won't." "I'll call him right now." We all watched as she did exactly what she said she was. The phone rang for a couple of seconds and he picked up reminding me of how quick Oscar was to answer. "Hey, the girls and I are going out to this club tonight. Do you wanna go?" She looked at us smiling as he answered. "Aight. I'll text you the location, bring Spooky Luna's asking for him." She smirked. "No I'm not!" She shushed me and hung up. "So?" the girls asked. "They're coming." Leti said with the biggest smile on her face. "I don't think Oscar's coming." I said. "He is, I heard him on the phone. He said he would come." Leti said. "Of course he's coming. He always wants to see Luna. He tries to steal her from us at lunch." Gloria added. "Whatever" was all I could say. She wasn't wrong but they didn't know how much time I was actually spending with Oscar or how much we've been talking for the past two months. I can't even deny the way I feel about him to myself or anyone at this point. They won't believe me anyway. As much as I like Oscar I seriously hope he isn't playing any games with me. The girls pulled me out of my train of thought and said that Oscar and Antonio were on their way and that they would bring drinks and weed and that Mario was coming along because him and his girlfriend were going through it again and they didn't wanna hear about it anymore. *Time Skip* The guys got here and they knocked on the door. Leti and I went downstairs and let them in. "Hey" We all said. Oscar looked at me and smiled. Leti, Antonio and Mario started walking to the kitchen and Oscar and I followed behind them. "Luna" "What?" I said as I turned to look at Oscar "Nothing." I rolled my eyes and grabbed his hand. "Okay Oscar" I led him to the kitchen and introduced everyone to each other once again. It was a little awkward at first but then everyone was comfortable. "You guys wanna start pregaming now?" Alexis asked. We all thought about it and decided to start. I watched as everyone drank. "You're not drinking?" Oscar asked looking down at me. "I'm driving." "I'll drive." "I came in my car Oscar." "So? If you wanna drink or smoke I'll drive." I thought about it. "But what about Antonio or Mario and Leti and Gloria." "Vincent is meeting us at the club, Antonio isn't going to leave without Leti and he said he would take Mario home." (Vincent is Gloria's boyfriend) "Aren't you gonna drink? or are you gonna smoke? If you want too I can drive." I said looking up at him again. "I am, but I'm not letting you drive back home especially during the night time. The block's getting hot again and it's not safe." "The blocks hot?" I asked asking knowing the obvious answer. He nodded and I decided I would drink. Oscar drank enough for him to sober up by the time we would have to go home. We went outside and the people who wanted to smoke had a smoke sesh. We all decided to leave and got rid of the evidence to make sure that Alexis wouldn't be grounded when her parents came back. Antonio Leti and Mario went in Antonio's car and Gloria was going to come with me and Oscar in my car but she said no because she didn't want to be a "third wheel" Alexis, Myka and Julissa were in Alexis's car and we all left.

PSA: Do NOT drink and drive!!! Everyone who was driving was sober enough to drive and were aware of the fact that they were going to be driving.
