The Night Fury Human(ON HOLD!)

12. Trust Building.

Lesso was determined to gain y/n's trust. She knew it would take time, but y/n would be one of the most successful Nevers once she gets her powers under control...

Lesso went to her room to change into more outdoorsy clothing . She would never allow her long coat to get ruined by the mud... she pulled her hair back and tied it with a hair tie.

Lesso made her way to the kitchen and gathered a good handful of raw seafood.. her only goal was to watch y/n from a safe distance and maybe toss some food towards her...

Lesso finally made it to the blue forest... she unlocked the gate and closed it behind her. The last thing the schools needed was a wild Night fury terrorizing students...

The forest was quiet . Too quiet... she ventured carefully through the thick shrubs, careful not to make much noise..her heart was racing. But she pushed on through it...

Lesso heard a dragon roar off in the distance. It was definitely y/n...Lesso looked down to the ground and saw dragon footprints...

She followed the footprints for a good while before she came to a small clearing .

There lay y/n. She wasn't sleeping, only resting, as if she was thinking her next move.. Lesso kept herself hidden in the trees.

Lesso watched as y/n tried multiple times to take flight and leave, but she cried when she tried to flap her wings. She didn't get very far off the ground, only a few feet... her wing was injured.

Lesso observed y/n for a few hours. Staying well hidden within the thick bushes...

Y/n stopped and flicked her ears towards Lesso's direction, like she sensed she was being watched. She turned towards Lesso's direction and sniffed the air. Y/n couldn't see Lesso because Lesso was well hidden.she made a low hissing noise, then decided to lay down for a bit...

Lesso decided to take it one step further... she used her finger glow to lift some of the raw seafood she brought with her. She levitated it towards y/n and silently set it down next to y/n waiting for y/n reaction...

Y/n lifted her head and sniffed the air...She turned around and saw the pile of seafood . Y/n twitched her ears around listening for any signs of danger nearby. Was it a trap? Was the food poison. Y/n observed the food and nudged it with her snout. She sniffed it and finally took a bite. Lesso held her breath for a moment...She froze and looked around for danger. She had a feeling someone or something was watching her . Y/n quickly ate the seafood and curled up for the night...

Lesso was very content with herself for making it this far...she decided to call it a night. She made good progress with y/n and she didn't want to ruin it now. She slowly got up and made her way back to the forest gate.. her heart was racing the entire time, but she took a deep breath once she was back in her room safe...

There is hope for my y/n yet! I'm not going to give up on you!
