Pentagon was jampacked that night since it is a Friday. Luckily for them, Nat was able to reserve a VIP table for the four of them which made their entry easy.
The club possesses incredible energy from the outside to inside, mesmerizing visuals and great music. Every part of this place is picturesque, from its curved arches to plush velvet furniture, enveloped in different deep colors hue, creating an irresistible ambience that guarantees a great time for all.
In here too, world-class DJs, including resident Thai artists and some international performers, keep the crowd shuffling and busy with high-energy sets and surprise guest appearances.
They were sitting comfortably on their VIP couch which offers an unmatched view and atmosphere, ordered a few drinks and started chatting.
"Nunew, how's your blind dates going on so far?" Asks Yim while holding on Tutor hands around his waist.
"All the same, no sparks to any of them" Nunew shrugged.
"You know New, I still wonder why your parents would think you will fall for a girl when they are very much aware that you prefer a dick over a......" Tutor says then he laughs hysterically.
"So funny Tutor!" Nunew shouted.
"Well, my parents just wanted to make sure I have an option. Option to have my own family including kids of my own" Nunew narrated.
"But we are now in 2024 Nunew! Any same sex couple can have their own kids via other means" says Nat.
"I know right, but I also know that my parents really mean well so I just played along although I am 110% sure that I will never fall for any of those girls!" Nunew said while laughing which leads to his three other friends to laugh with him too.
"You are a good son Nunew" says Nat then hugged Nunew so tight while Yim and Tutor nodded with no tiny doubts on what Nat said.
The night went on and the four friends continued chatting, catching up on what's happening from their lives while drinking their alcoholic drinks when Nunew felt the need to pee, so he excused himself from his friends and went to the nearest bathroom.
He was about to leave the bathroom when he bumped into a tall and handsome guy who seems to be blocking him from walking away. The guy is wearing a dark blue suit with unbuttoned inner shirt showing his smooth chest that can make anyone easily drool.
And with their close distance right now, Nunew can smell his perfume which feels like imprints you with sensuality. A scent that makes you feel beautiful and desired.
When Nunew realizes that he's been on this man's chest for a while now, he moved and pulled away himself from the guy and about to walk away but then the guy pulled him back to him and whispered to his ears "I've been checking you out the whole night, but you seem to not notice me at all which is a shame."
His voice sent electrical shock to Nunew's body that it felt like all his senses are suddenly fully awake now all at the same time.
The guy is correct though when he said Nunew did not notice him at all, as the whole time he was busy catching up with his friends that flirting or checking someone out is not on his priority tonight.
"I'm not here tonight to notice or check someone out, I'm with my friends so if you excuse me, please I need to go" says Nunew while attempting to walk away from this guy.
"Hmmm interesting, you are the first person to reject me ever. Normally, people would throw themselves at me or jumped right at me the moment I give them my attention" the guy confidently said to Nunew.
"Well, probably you're just not my type you overly confident mister. Bye"" Nunew answered, and he pulled himself away from the guy and rushed back to his friends.
The guy was left there so confused as to what just happened. Can't believe his target for tonight did not show him any interest and instead left him all alone.
Nunew came back to their table and his friends noticed that he was breathing hard.
"Are you alright Nunew? Seems like you just run away from someone scary!" asked Nat.
"You are crazy Nat! Nothing's happened. Let's just continue enjoying the night with just the four of us."
And so, they did.
It was past four in the morning when Nunew reached his condominium unit. He just showered and slips into a new and matching sleepwear when he remembers the gorgeous tall guy he bumped into at the club.
He recalls the electric shock he felt when he heard his voice and whispered to him at the bar and his scent!
Oh, that scent which he clearly remembers as if imprinting him with the guy's sensuality.
He never felt like that with anyone before and only if the guy was a bit of a gentleman, he could have thrown himself at him at their first meeting but no, that guy was so full of himself and it annoyed Nunew.
He has never been attracted to bad boys, all his ex-boyfriends were all gentlemen and nice.
Not that he had a lot.
He only had two exes, and he is proud to say that both are really kind, nice and possesses good behaviors.
As to why he broken up with each of them despite of those good traits is still a mystery to him, but he can only think that his feelings for them did not last that long enough for him to stay in the relationship.
For Nunew, it always felt good in the beginning while he was dating them or in the getting to know stage but eventually, he felt something is always missing.
He was looking for something, not just a feeling or one-time attractions but a deep connection with his previous partners.
He wants someone to sweep him off his feet with just simple gestures.
He dreams of being with someone who will make him feel always loved, secure and beautiful despite of them not seeing each other all the time.
Someone who will make him feel that he has everything he needs just by looking at his eyes.
Someone that he would want to see whether he is happy or sad because that person felt like his home.
And with all those thoughts in Nunew's mind now, he is sure that tall and stranger guy is not his type and is a big walking RED flag.
Although he is damn goodlooking and smells so good
Nunew is smart enough to know this. So, he shook his head and told himself to forget about that short encounter.
There's a big chance that they won't meet again anyway so better not to think about him again.
He went to his bed and prepared to sleep as tomorrow he needs to visit his parents for the usual Sunday dinner with them and Nunew is sure they will ask for details as to what happened to his last date.
And how he wished he will have courage to beg them not to arrange anymore of it ever again.
