"how did you manage to sneak 6 bags of candy in?" sohee giggled, grabbing one from hayeon's hand.
"do you really expect me to sit through an entire festival without food?" hayeon shrugged, surprised sohee thought she was even capable of that.
"shh, shhhh" jiwon shushed them. "it's starting."
one by one different groups came out and performed their songs, most of which hayeon knew none of the lyrics to. she had gotten into enhypen because they were her friends, but she still knew very little about the rest of the kpop world.
jiwon, on the other hand, was screaming her lungs out at every song. her face had gotten so red from shouting and jumping up and down it looked like a tomato.
"up next..." the announcer's voice was heard over the loud speakers as the previous group headed off the stage. "enhypen!"
hayeon let out very loud cheers for her friends, looking like just another fan girl lost in the huge crowd.
walking onto the stage, the seven boys came out in some of the coolest outfits hayeon had ever seen. her mouth was nearly on the floor she was so in awe of how good they all looked.
especially sunghoon.
the group greeted everyone in attendance, niki finding hayeon and her friends in the crowd and waving at them. everyone around them started shrieking over him looking in their direction, making sohee burst into laughter.
after they were done introducing themselves the lights dimmed and enhypen got into their positions for one of hayeon's favorite songs, bite me.
the music began, the stage lights went up, and hayeon was caught in a trance as she watched them perform more up close than she had ever been. despite her best efforts not to, her eyes kept traveling towards sunghoon, getting stuck on how incredible he was every time.
she was caught staring when he looked down at her during a part where he was to the side and winked, making her lose her mind.
once again, cheers erupted from the section hayeon was in, all the people around her fighting over who he had winked at. but she knew it was meant for her.
