Everything happened so quickly after Eric Sacks left the room; the turtles' blood began to be withdrawn, circulating through machinery and turning green, successfully withdrawing the mutagen.

Isla's eyes watch the process in horror, glancing between the brothers- who were getting weaker by the second- and the growing amount of mutagen.

A soldier soon approaches Isla, checking the straps containing her, before beginning to mess with the IV attached to her. In the background, Isla could hear the weak protests of the turtles, the weak yanking against the straps holding them hostage.

Fear encompasses Isla's soul as she watches her own blood beginning to be drawn from her arm, immediately feeling the effects as it felt like somebody had dunked her head in a bucket of ice water.

Isla always hated getting her blood drawn during her pregnancy appointments, always feeling weak and needing a snack quickly afterwards. But this was so much worse.

The blood collected from her oozes slowly towards the machine she was unaware of, her heart seemingly stops as she realizes that some of the mutagen was being transported as well.

Isla's head slowly drops against the chair, the feeling of loosing so much blood making her weak, she couldn't even hold up her hands anymore. Everything felt so heavy.

Ringing begins in her ears, it was so loud she couldn't even hear an alarm blaring. Isla didn't even realize Eric Sacks had walked back into the room until he rushes past her with a metal case to exit once again.

Blue eyes focus back on the now mutagen mixed with blood flowing towards the IV in her other arm.

Dialysis...

That's what they were basically doing. But instead of cleaning her blood to save her, they were dirtying it and possibly killing her.

Going in and out of her dizzying haze, she began to realize that she hadn't felt the small fetus in her womb move at all. A weak sob leaves her lips at the thought, tears building up on her lashes.

Donnie tried to speak, to comfort her as best as he could, he couldn't stand to hear her sob. But his own blood being drawn had made him unable to even move his head, let alone speak.

Leo watches the scene, just as weak as his two brothers. But while they felt sympathy and the need to comfort her, he felt angry...angry at himself, at Sacks, at Shredder. His eyes squint into a glare as he watches the mutagen tainted blood enter her body.

Minutes had passed, everything seemed silent, except for the blaring alarm. Even though she couldn't hear it before, now it sounded too loud. A continuous stream of tears flow down her temples and into her hair from the way her head was positioned.

A loud bang suddenly echoes throughout the room, grunting and punching soon follows. The sound of bodies hitting floors and walls before a familiar voice hits Isla's ears.

"Leo!"

Raphael...he was okay.

The sai-wielding terrapin heads towards the cages holding his brothers, ramming his shoulder to try and break it. He unsheathes his sais before a deep, but modulated, voice calls out to him.

It was Shredder.
