Chapter 3: The Great Hall.

As the maid led me towards the great hall, I sensed something bad would happen tonight. Soon after we arrived at the great hall, the maid opened the door and said," Well guest, good luck on having your first dinner with the nobles."

"Thank you," I smile at the maid, as I enter the room, the door slowly shuts by itself. As I walked towards the table while I was staying highly alert. According to my observations, Henry and Victoria were sitting in the host and hostess seat since they invited those people into their mansion for a feast. Then I noticed the other guests weren't normal guests, it was Caytlin's friends and her friend's parents. At first I wasn't expecting I would meet those idiots again, but I knew I had to deal with situations with a calm mind, so I sat on the seat that was reserved for me. I had to sit next beside Caytlin and the fat boy who called me " dumb" in the field.

I realised I was totally doomed at this moment because they might team up and lie to the adults that I've done something wrong. Then I pull out a small version of my oden system screen and click the footage mode so I can record those bullies so I can have the advantage to resist back.

"Good evening guest." I smile at the other adults because I need to find a new way to hide my identity," My name is Leon Sanderson, it is a pleasure to meet you."

As I sat on my reserved seat I quickly stayed highly alert of Caytlin and the fat boy, then the fat boy turned to me and said,"Nice to meet you by the way Leon, my name is Boris."

Impressive, I cant believe the bullies even hide their secrets on bullying in front of the adults. In order to stay low profile, I look at Boris and smile,"Nice to meet you Boris, I'm sure we can make great friends."

"Aww that's really kind of you Boris," A chubby man who seemed to be Boris' father said, I assume that his father doesn't even know the secret of his son bullying me. Then Boris' father turns towards me and said," Good luck being friends with my son."

"Thank you," I said in a happy tone because I was trying to stay as low profile as I could.

Meanwhile, I noticed that there was something wrong with Caitlyn's expression. Caytlin looked like she had stolen something from the banks, but I'm not too sure why that makes me think that something might have gone wrong. Then I spoke to Caytlin in a calm expression," Ms.Caitlyn, why do you look nervous?"

Caytlin had her eyes fixed on me with her irritated tone, but in order to show respect to other guests. Caytlin mutters," I'm fine, nothings wrong."

In order to not let Caytlin to found out that I was suspecting her about something, I smile back and respond," You must be over excited about the feast right? Well it's normal for some certain people so I understand."

Caytlin signs since she was relieved that I did not discover what she was hiding, so Caytlin smiles and turns away from me and talks to another girl who was about the same age as her. Now I knew something was wrong, her actions confirmed to me that she and her friends might have been hiding something from me and the other adults.

While the other guests were enjoying the feast, suddenly a butler burst in through the door and hurried," Master, something wrong!"

Henry looks at the butler with a calm expression and asks," What's the matter? Did anything go wrong?"

Then the butler whispers to Henry, I couldn't hear what they were saying because we were sitting far away. Then I send my brain signal to my oden system," Oden, can you allow me to hear what the butler and Henry are saying?"

Without a blink of an eye, an AirPod that was made out of transparent material appears on my hands. I was impressed that the Oden spawns a transparent AirPod that was made out of plastic because this will allow me to hide it from the guest. As I put the AirPod on my left ear, the butler says,"Master, somebody must have stolen your golden cane, when I went to clean your room. The cane disappears!"
