Chapter 12: Dang, Its Exposed. But Who Cares.

As the bell rang after the final class of the day, everyone left the classroom except for me and Ruby Winters. What once used to be a crowded classroom has turned into an empty room full of boredom . Something doesn't seem to make sense since Ruby should be a student council member, I thought she was kind and nice. I look at Ruby Winters and ask with suspicion," So what causes you to stay in here?

"Shut up new guy, I didn't ask you any stupid questions yet," Ruby hissed with her eyes fixed on me with anger, then Mr.Stein had his eyes focused on Ruby and explain," You'll stand outside the halls for a while Ruby, I'll have a private talk with the new guy you're sitting next to."

Ruby stood up and walked out of the room with anger and frustration bothering her, then I looked at Mr.Stein and said in a calm tone," So I guess you found out my true identity eh?"

"Indeed, I found out your true identity and 'Alex Soulsan' is a made up name," Mr.Stein looks at me with a stern expression, then pulls out the ear buds and explains," You know I could read peoples mind Leon Sanderson, you are trying to spy and listen to conversations in class. Am I correct?"

How can he read people's minds? I bet he was once an A class student when he was younger, then I looked at him and said," Since I was adopted by Mr.Henry two years ago before I ended up in the academy, Caytlin and her friend Boris used to pick on me. I know they are hiding their true faces away from adults, if they found out my true identity. I think they would pick on me any time soon, I didn't have enough choice but to stay low profile. So I had to change my name."

"So let me get back to the main point, the reason why you attempt to spy on their conversations so you can find them was to defend and protect yourself. Am I correct?" Mr.Stein said in a calm and stern tone, "I didn't have enough choice but to nod and reply, "indeed, well I guess you got me this time. Will you promise me that you wont leak my true identity to the public, if my true identity got leaked out. I assume I will get beaten up tomorrow, will you promise me?"

Mr.Stein nods his head gently, what was once a stern face has been replaced with a smile. Then he looks at me and pulls out his pinky and explains," It is my duty to keep my students safe, I promise."

While I was about to pull Mr.Steins pinky, suddenly the both of us can feel the presence of a little girl. As Mr.Stein and I turned back, there was a little girl with a bow on her head staring at us curiously. It was at this moment the both of us realised we forgot to close the door, then I shouted at her furiously," HEY GET BACK HERE YOU LITTLE BRAT! HALT! DON'T RUN! NO!"

While Ruby Winters tries to run away from the both of us, suddenly Mr. Stein snapped his fingers and teleported Ruby back to her empty seat. Mr.Stein walks towards Ruby and asks seriously," Hey young girl, do you know it is rude to listen to private conversations about people's privacy?"

Without hesitation, I quickly closed and locked the door before someone could hear the private conversation. Then Ruby Winters had her eyes locked at me and shouted," HEY! Stop closing the damn door! I will expose your secret someday!"

"Ruby!" Mr. Stein raised his voice as his eyes focused on the poor little girl, then I walked towards Ruby and smirked," So you found out my little secret eh?"

The little girl with the bow on her head had her eyes fixed on me like a viper that was ready to strike its prey, then Mr.Stein pulled out his wand and explained," Okay Leon, sorry I mean er Alex. I'm going to use magic to wipe a bit of her memories away so your secret can't be leaked out, make sure to close the curtains so no one noticed I had performed magic on her."

As I slowly pulled the thin strings and covered the windows, Ruby had her eyes fixed on me and hissed," Let go of me! I know everything about your secret and you can't hide it away from me!"
