Jungkook stirred in his sleep, his breathing was soft and rhythmic as he lay beneath the warm, cozy sheets. The early morning sun peeked through the curtains, casting a gentle glow on his delicate features. His light brown hair were tousled, falling over his forehead in soft waves. The omega's lips were full and rosy, with a slight pout that made him look almost angelic in his sleep.
However, his peaceful slumber was abruptly interrupted by the sound of rapid footsteps approaching his room.
"Jungkook!" A loud and urgent voice called out as the door swung open, revealing the head servant. She was a sturdy woman in her fifties, with a stern expression that rarely softened, except only when it came to Jungkook. "Get up! You're still sleeping? Do you know what day it is?"
The omega groaned, burying his face into the pillow, his soft, delicate features scrunching in annoyance. "Just a few more minutes," he mumbled, his voice muffled.
The woman, however, was having none of it. She marched over to the bed and with a swift tug, pulled the blankets off Jungkook. "No more sleeping! We have so much to do, and you're still in bed like a lazy pup! Up, now!"
The omega whined, the cold air hitting his warm body. He rolled onto his back, blinking up at the ceiling as he tried to shake off the remnants of sleep. "But Ajumma, it's so early..." he murmured, his voice laced with reluctance.
"It's nearly dawn! You should have been up an hour ago. Do you want the Grandmother to be disappointed?" She scolded, hands on her hips, her expression stern but with a glimmer of fondness in her eyes.
Jungkook sighed, rubbing his eyes before slowly sitting up. His light brown hair fell messily around his face, and he ran a hand through it, attempting to smooth it down.
"All right, all right. I'm up," The omega grumbled, swinging his legs over the edge of the bed. He stood, his slender figure clothed in a loose, white nightshirt that hung just above his knees. As he walked over to the small wardrobe, he caught sight of himself in the mirror. His reflection showed a young, beautiful omega, with light brown hair that seemed to shimmer in the morning light, and a face that was almost too pretty to be real.
With a deep sigh, Jungkook started to change into his work clothes. He chose a simple white shirt and a pair of plain black trousers. The outfit was modest, yet it couldn't hide his natural beauty. As he buttoned up his shirt, he couldn't help but think about the two brothers who were returning today-Taehyung and Namjoon.
He hadn't seen them in years, not since Taehyung had left for abroad to pursue higher education. He remembered Taehyung as a annoying, mischievous alpha who never missed an opportunity to tease him. Unlike his brother Namjoon, who was kind and gentle, Taehyung had always been bold, too straightforward for Jungkook's liking.
With his clothes in place, The omega took a deep breath and stepped out of his room. The Kim Mansion was already abuzz with activity. Servants were scurrying about, cleaning, cooking, and making sure everything was perfect for the return of the heirs. The mansion itself was a grand, old building with high ceilings, and expansive gardens that seemed to stretch on forever. Today, it felt even more alive than usual, with everyone excited about the homecoming.
The omega made his way through the mansion, he was greeted by familiar faces, all busy with their tasks. He finally reached the living room, where the Grandmother was seated in her usual armchair, overseeing the preparations.
"Good morning, Grandma" Jungkook greeted, his voice soft and respectful.
The Grandmother looked up from her knitting, her eyes crinkling into a smile when she saw Jungkook. She was an elderly woman, with silver hair neatly tied into a bun and a presence that commanded respect. Despite her age, she still exuded an air of authority and wisdom.
