"𝒮𝐎 𝒲𝐄𝐍𝐃𝐘, Robin, Aqualad and me-"
"Wendy, Robin, Aqualad and I," Mary West corrected her son.
"You weren't there," Superboy stated, clearly not understanding the mistake in Wally's wording.
"Anyway... the four of us sneak into Project Cadmus and find Superman's clone," Wally continued. "We rescue him. He rescues us. We bond. Sorta." Wendy raised an eyebrow at his interpretation of what happened. "Now we wait and see what Batman decides."
The couple exchanged somewhat confused looks before a gentle smile appeared on her face. She got up and walked over to Wally before rubbing his head.
"Wally, you and your sister lead a very strange life. But we're used to it largely," she said.
"Uh, thanks, I think," the boy replied hesitantly.
"What's your name son?" Rudy asked as he shook Superboy's hand.
"Superboy," he replied.
"We know, dear - but what's your name?" Mary asked again, but the boy kept a stern face.
"Superboy."
"I call him Supey, I think he likes it," Kid said. Wendy rolled her eyes before walking towards the fridge and grabbing some leftovers, looking over at her parents to notice both of them being distracted before she used her magic to cook the chicken, plates flying out of the cabinet and setting themselves on the table.
"Well, of course he can stay with us. You can share a room with Wally, if that's alright," Mary said. Wendy wanted to laugh at the idea, but she kept quiet as she finished setting the table. Wally turned towards her with a bright grin.
"Whoa! Thanks Wendy!" He yelled before immediately stuffing his face with food. Superboy looked at the meal skeptically. "It's normal food Supey, Wendy just has cooking powers too."
The girl rolled her eyes again before sitting down and eating her own food.

Wendy shrugged off her jacket, throwing it onto the fluffy bean bag in the corner. The cold of her room hit her bare arms and shoulders, and she went to the bathroom to turn on the shower.
When she stepped into the shower, dirt and debris fell off her body, swirling on the floor below her mixed with small amounts of blood from the scrapes on her body.
