As Armaan and Krish rush to the lobby, they find Priya engaged in a conversation with Aditi. Armaan, feeling a surge of concern for Priya's safety, takes her hand and guides her towards a private room within the lobby. Krish follows closely.

Aditi is left bewildered. Unsure of the unfolding events, she decides to call her driver to get the car to the lobby entrance.

Aryan, arriving at the lobby, observes Armaan walking towards the private room. Once inside the room, Armaan checks Priya for any injuries, visibly relieved when she assures him she is fine. Aryan arrives, questioning the situation.

Aryan: "What happened? Why did you pull Priya away?"

Armaan, showing the threatening message to Aryan, explains the potential danger. Krish raises a crucial point, highlighting that the message mentions "to-be-wife," a title not publicly known for Priya. Realization strikes Aryan - the intended target is not Priya; it's Aditi. Panic sets in, and Aryan rushes back to the lobby, alarmed by the looming threat on Aditi's life.

In the chaotic lobby, Aryan spots Aditi waiting near the entrance. Panic courses through his veins as he shouts her name. Aditi, on the verge of turning, is abruptly struck by a bullet in her shoulder. Time slows down as she freezes, gripping the wound, before crumpling to the ground.

Aryan, witnessing the horrifying scene, rushes to Aditi's side, his heart pounding. The lobby transforms into a realm of chaos and despair. The sight of Aditi, bleeding and vulnerable, intensifies the panic. As Aryan desperately assesses the situation, Armaan emerges from the private room, his expression shifting from confusion to sheer horror as he comprehends the tragedy unfolding before him. He rushes to Aditi's side.

Aryan, with a surge of urgency, lifts Aditi into his arms and makes a beeline for her waiting car at the entrance. Armaan, realizing the gravity of the situation, instructs Krish to drop Priya back and swiftly joins Aryan in the car. The atmosphere is thick with tension as the vehicle speeds away from the scene.

In the speeding car, Aryan places her on his body, uses a napkin to cover Aditi's wound, and tries to stop the bleeding. Aditi, in pain, holds onto the makeshift bandage while everyone in the car starts to panic.

As the driver rushes through traffic, Aryan asks Armaan to call Aditi's father and let him know they're heading to the hospital. Armaan conveys the shocking news. Amarendra, panic-stricken, wastes no time and hastily starts for the Serenity hospital.

Aryan, still applying pressure to the wound, pleads with Aditi to stay conscious, his voice tinged with desperation.

Aryan: "Aditi, stay with me. You need to stay awake."

Aditi, in the grip of pain, softly responds, "It's paining," as her consciousness begins to slip away. Aryan, overwhelmed with fear and helplessness, shouts her name, tears streaming down his face.

Aryan: "Aditi, stay with me. You're strong, okay? We're almost at the hospital. Just a little more, and they'll take care of you. You can't leave me, not like this."

The race against time becomes a poignant struggle to keep Aditi conscious and alive until they reach the hospital's emergency care.

As the car screeches to a halt at the hospital, the medical team rushes to Aditi's side with a stretcher. Aryan, unwilling to let go, firmly holds onto Aditi's hand, running alongside her as they navigate the hospital corridors. Armaan follows closely behind.

In the emergency unit, doctors assess Aditi's condition urgently. Aryan, overwhelmed with concern, crouches on the floor, anxiously waiting for updates. Armaan stands by him, offering silent support. The nurse approaches them to fill out the forms. Armaan fills it.

Amarendra arrives and notices Aryan's blood-stained shirt. Fear grips him as he collapses onto a nearby chair, tears welling up. The waiting room becomes a space filled with shared worry, and each passing moment feels heavy with the uncertainty of Aditi's situation.

The doctor emerges from the emergency unit, seeking the family of Aditi.

Doctor: "Patient's family?"

Amarendra and Aryan stand up, their faces etched with worry.

Doctor: "I'm Dr. Patel. Aditi has lost a significant amount of blood, and we need to perform surgery to remove the bullet and address the internal bleeding. However, her blood group, O-, is rare, and we currently don't have it in our blood bank.

Mr. Rajan, do you share the same blood group as Aditi?"

Amarendra: "No, I don't. She inherited her mother's blood group."

Aryan steps forward.

Aryan: "Doctor, my blood group is O-. I can donate."

Doctor: "That would be incredibly helpful. Nurse, please take Mr. Aryan to the blood donation area. We need to move quickly."

As Aryan is escorted to the blood donation area, the doctor returns to Aditi's room to prepare for the upcoming surgery.
