The next weekend, the Roy family gathered at their residence. The atmosphere is filled with a mix of excitement and anticipation.

Sharmila (curiously): "Armaan, we've been waiting to hear about your meeting with Aditi. How did it go?"

Armaan: "It went well, Mom. Aditi is good, and I think there's potential for a meaningful connection. I'm ready for this alliance."

The announcement is met with a collective sigh of relief and smiles from the family members. However, Aryan, who missed the previous weekend's conversation, can't help but feel a bit left out.

Aryan (curiously): "Wait, what's going on? What meeting are you talking about?"

Sakshi (chuckles): "Aryan, you missed quite the family discussion last week. We were talking about a marriage alliance between Armaan and Aditi Rajan."

Aryan, processing the information, smiles as a thought crosses his mind, "Aditi Rajan? That name sounds so similar."

Vaibhav: "The Rajans are a well-known name in the export-import business. Aditi is the daughter of Amarendra Rajan, and she handles the position of CFO currently."

Aryan: "Wow, then Armaan bro is getting married." he teases his brother.

The brunch continues with the family engaging in discussions and sharing their thoughts.

On the other side,

Amarendra: "Aditi, how did the meeting go? How do you feel about the proposal now?"

Aditi: "Dad, I met Armaan and got to know him a bit. I appreciate the values and vision he holds. I believe we can work well together."

Amarendra: "Your happiness is my priority, Aditi. If you're comfortable with this alliance, we can move forward with the necessary arrangements. What are your thoughts?"

Aditi: "Dad, I trust your judgment. Let's proceed with the engagement arrangements."

With Aditi's approval, the families collaborate to plan the engagement ceremony.

The engagement day unfolds at the elegant Roy residence, adorned with tasteful decorations and an air of celebration. Aditi wears a resplendent Maroon lehenga intricately embroidered with silver motifs that shimmer in the soft glow of the evening. She paired it with a diamond set of necklace and earrings. She styled her hair in loose waves that framed her radiant face, adorned with minimal yet tasteful makeup. She exudes grace and confidence, a perfect reflection of the joyous occasion.

As the Rajan family is welcomed by the Roy's, Aryan descends the grand staircase. His eyes widen in surprise and memories of school days rush back. He realizes that the poised and graceful woman before him is the same Aditi who was once his classmate, his first crush, and the girl he admired from afar.

He observes Aditi, the girl who held a special place in his memories, now stepping into a new chapter of her life with his brother. A mix of emotions swirls within him-surprise, nostalgia, and perhaps a twinge of realization that life's journey has brought them to this unexpected intersection.

As the engagement festivities commence, rings are exchanged between Armaan and Aditi. The joyous announcement resonates through the grand hall of the Roy residence. The promise of a future business alliance between the Roy and Rajan families adds an extra layer of celebration to the event. The engagement party is attended by a multitude of well-wishers and business associates, all eager to congratulate the happy couple.

Amid the lively celebration, Sharmila calls over Aryan to introduce him to Aditi.

Sharmila: "Aditi, I'd like you to meet Aryan, my nephew. Vikram and Sakshi's son and the dearest brother of Armaan.

And Aryan, this is Aditi, your to be sister-in-law."

Aryan extends a friendly greeting, "Nice to meet you, Aditi. Congratulations on your engagement."

Aditi, studying Aryan for a moment, remarks: "You know, you look quite similar to someone I knew back in school. It's uncanny."

Aryan: "Really? Well, there's a possibility. I did go to school, after all."

A sense of familiarity starts to dawn on Aditi. Suddenly, her eyes widen with recognition, "Wait a minute. Aryan, is that really you? Did we go to school together?"

Aryan (grinning): "Yes, Aditi. We were classmates until our +2."

Aditi: "Oh my goodness! Aryan, I can't believe it's you. It's been years! How have you been?"

Before they can delve deeper into their shared past, Armaan approaches them, curious about the animated conversation. Sharmila quickly fills him in on the connection between Aryan and Aditi. Armaan joins the conversation, and they share anecdotes of their school days.

The engagement party continues with newfound laughter, stories, and the warmth of rekindled connections.
