5 years have passed since the war in Snow Country ended. 5 years since Boruto was born, 5 years since Sarada was born, 5 years since Sakura hasn't heard from Sasuke.

During those five years a lot has happened. Sakura has become one of the best healers in the medical arts, after her mother. Sakura is the most in-demand healer. Since Sarada was three years old she began to travel to other countries, and villages, to heal and teach other doctors new treatments and share knowledge to improve the health of the villagers. Thanks to the two Senjus, Konoha has become the city with the highest quality of life in the entire Fire Country, so much so that many people with money go there to be treated by the Senjus, or invite them to visit them by paying large quantities.

Such was the fame that both women gained that they had to open a clinic to be able to care for patients. In the end the cabin was too small for them, and for Sarada's safety they could not allow someone to discover that Sakura had a girl, the rumor would spread and the Uchihas would claim her. So within the city they both rented a small room, where the two women consult daily, even having an operating room in case of emergencies. Life had smiled upon them, and Sakura couldn't be happier and prouder of herself for having become one of the best healers.

Sakura over time began to take a deeper interest in children's health. Thanks to Sarada she was able to learn a lot about diseases in children, so it was probably her specialty, and all the cases of children that came to them were treated by her.

"Thank you, Sakura-san," said a little boy, barely 6 years old, after having treated him for a stomach ache from eating too many sweets.

"And remember, don't eat all the candy your uncles bring you when they come to visit you, you have to save them to eat them little by little..." she spoke to him as if it were Sarada. Sakura had developed a maternal skill that she didn't know she had, but over the years of raising Sarada she had developed it.

"Yes, Sakura-san," the little boy replied.

"Thank you, Sakura-san, what would we mothers do without you. You would be a fantastic mother.." the woman stopped talking once she realized what she had said. The news that Sakura was no longer the wife of the young Uchiha and that she had also lost her baby had spread throughout the city. In fact, there were rumors that he had left her for not having brought a healthy son, others said it was because of the historical rivalry of both clans, and others, men always the ones who thought the latter, because she was a witch and manipulated him. In the cities there were always rumors, everyone talked about everything and there was even more opinion on any topic. But Sakura didn't care, only her and Tsunade, and few other people knew the truth and she didn't have to justify herself. She had already proven herself to be a strong woman over time without needing a man. Sakura didn't care that the woman said such a thing, in fact, she was right, she was a good mother, although few knew it. "I'm sorry Sakura-san... I didn't mean to offend you," the woman said, worried that she had offended her.

"Don't worry, I'm not offended," she replied with a warm smile.

"You are a very strong woman, you know that?" The little boy's mother told her, "Very few women would have survived alone and would have had the courage that you have had to continue on your own feet," that woman's words were not new. Many mothers had already conveyed to her what they thought of her situation, many of them criticized the young Uchiha, and even criticized the actions of the Uchiha clan. As always, criticize, speak and give their opinion. Sakura never entered into such discussions, she simply nodded and thanked them kindly for their words of support.

On the other hand, those 5 years for Sasuke were a disaster. He continually had arguments with his wife, since she felt abandoned and neglected, she blamed him that he was never at home and that he also did not behave like a husband. Karin asked him to have a child, but Sasuke didn't want to, and although she tried to talk to her in-laws about it, they knew the promise they had made to their son; of not having offspring with the Uzumaki. Although when they made that promise they hoped that Sakura's baby would have survived, but his father kept his word.
