I stare at the road ahead with my hands gripping the stirring wheel tightly as l stare blindly at the road.It's mainly because I am captivated by this beauty beside me who is sleeping peacefully like an angel.
I stop briefly by a roadside and adjust her seat.I raise my hand slightly and reach out to brush her hair to the side but l resist once l am close enough cause I felt like l am now taking advantage of her.
Her tiny dress rode up her smooth yet scarred thighs revealing a beautiful skeleton tattoo on the outer part of her thigh.It is magnificent,I thought as l wonder what it means.
The scars are quite suspicious though.I reached out and grabbed a fleece that Isla had left and covered her up with it.
She smiled weirdly in her sleep which showed that she was comfortable.
I switched back to drive mode and continued my journey to town.I shook her up in attempt to wake her up but it was in vain.
I was now hopeless to the extent that l drove to a holiday Inn and parked my car there.I reclined my seat and lean back on my seat relaxing as l wait for her to wake up.
I texted my little brother,Dmitri informing him that l would not be present for dinner.In the meantime while she slept I watched a basketball game on youtube.
I checked up on my gaming centre from time to time.I received a group call from Mateo,Levi and Ambrose and l made the mistake of picking up the damn call.
"Hey",I said and the guys didn't bother to reply me as their eyes roamed to my side which showed the girl sleeping peacefully besides me.
"Whoah who the hell is that Kiril?",Mateo pointed out and l chuckled."I think that's the new hot student everyone is going crazy about",Levi said.
"Why are you with her? You don't even like girls for goodness sake!",Ambrose almost screamed.
"Okay.Stop the answer chase.I just picked her up.Plus all girls are not the same.Some are unique and interesting unlike others.You know public transport is scarce at school especially towards night-time",I said justifying myself.
"You pathetic liar.The university provides everything including transport for all non-residential students",Mateo shouted whilst laughing.
She shifted and l glared at the idiots l call friends."Shut up dudes.You are making noise",I whispered.
"Get ready to pay up for my silence",Levi muttered and continued "What's her name? ".
I shrugged and Levi raised his brows,"What the fuck you mean you don't know? Since when do you interact with strangers Kiril".
I kept quiet also trying to find the answer to his question."I don't know.She is just different ",I muttered and sighed.
The girl twisted in her sleep and l hung up immediately on the guys as they groaned with annoyance when l said bye.
