And he smirked.
And he lifted her up, bridal style. There was one thing in his mind that was how to keep her forever with him. She rested her face on his shoulder as she couldn't stop but smile as she kept on glancing at her ring.
She was happy. It was just her and him, that's what she thought. They got out of the house and he made his way to the car. The neighbors grinned and looked at them in awe.
He got into the passenger seat and he got into the drivers seat. They both something in commo: A toothful Smile.
They were smiling like Maniac.
As Jackson drove, Nishaan only had her eyes on Jackson. They drove to somewhere, where Nishaan's heart races and aches in painful way. Jackson asked for her ring. She was confused but she removed it and handed it to him.
A Beach.
A huge waterbody.
She looked at him and shook her face in pain. Her heart was too weak for this.
He looked at her and nodded, trying to tell her to trust him.
It was an empty beach. It felt like, it was empty for them. The air was filled with nostalgic memories. She held his hand like her life depended on him. They both walked hand in hands as they approached the lonely waterbody. As the water touched Nishaan's feet, her face became pale. The storm had started in her.
They both walked inside until the water level had reached their chest. Nishaan was breathing heavily but she knew her fiancé wouldn't let anything happen to her.
"Nishaan Jefferson... Soon to be, Nishaan Skywalker... " They both chuckled. The water was quite cold as they both were shaking a bit. "...I use this moment to free you from your past. " Jackson spoke.
"This whole ocean," he extended his arms wide as he spoke. "in the presence of this ocean, Will you marry me?"
She nodded as she cried. "Will you?" she asked back and he nodded too.
Tears were flowing down her face as they slipped rings into each others fingers. She felt overwhelmed my all of this. It felt like a fairy tale. They both hugged and kissed each other happily.
After some time they got out of the water as Jackson went out to purchase some extra clothes and towel, Nishaan played in the water like her inner child would have. She was healed. She laughed, she jumped, she splashed water. She was now free. Jackson returned and saw her into that state as he stared at her with too much love.
That's it. That's my life. I wouldn't trade it for anything. I don't want anything else, Now that I have got her.
He thought.
"You're beautiful, the way you speak, explain, see and stare and understand but mostly when you look at me." Nishaan spoke softly as she stood in front of me like an angel. "... I get lost..." She came closer. "... I get mesmerized by you..." She ended. It was so peaceful and Jackson felt truly blessed by those beautiful embroidery like words clearly.
"I want to be with you forever, Please don't leave me alone!" she said as she immediately hugged him like she was afraid that he would go away. The first time in her whole life she felt like she was loved.
She was loved definitely.
But not like this.
This time, she was truly loved.
Like she should.
