Chapter 15 :texting in the middle of the game?

« No way ! » gasped Tong Yao looking to screen

"What?" asked Chubby

"I am against Cheng!"

Even Chubby didn't know how to reply to that

"Why do I keep hitting the jackpot without buying any lottery ticket today? First Cheng and Then Jian Yang" Said Tong Yao sighing hopelessly

"What role is Cheng?" asked Chubby

"The enemy is doing jungle" replied Yao

"Then we're finished" said Chubby crossing his arms " he's going to stay in your middle lane"

Tong Yao held her face in her arms scratching her hair, "what am I gonna do?" she cried, "I was one round away from claiming the Lord of Kyoto! Why would I meet Cheng on my way?! And also Yang!"

I am going to rip that man into pieces when he comes back! She thought to herself, Chubby patted her shoulder "calm down, the shikigami Cheng chose is a mid-level Shikigami, as long as we make sure Yang is in the middle lane, we still have a chance to win" but Tong Yao still wasn't convinced by Chubby's encouragements

But Cheng wasn't ready to be defeated by a "newbie" he started attacking Yao who was now panicking at Chubby, and in less than a minute, Cheng has already killed Tong Yao, she looked at Chubby frowning at him who smiled innocently

Yang also wasn't very happy, he wanted to cover Tong Yao, he started attacking Cheng until he killed him, now Cheng and Yao had 6 lives left and him 7, a wide smile appeared on his face, he went to Yao's character and sent her a message :

"Go back to the base, I will protect you"

Tong Yao widened her eyes at the message but she wasn't as shocked as the clueless Chubby behind her

As the game continued, Cheng had already killed Tong Yao 4 times and she was really starting to get hopeless

"What's going on?" she asked Chubby hoping for some "useful" help

"Well....." he clapped his hands again and ran to the living room, Tong Yao didn't pay much attention and started writing a message to Cheng

"Cheng, are you taking me with you while dying? And being buried together?!"

Cheng laughed inside at that message while Yang grimaced at it

K looked at Yao with an expression of "wtf girl?"

Yao looked at Chubby who was holding biscuit (her cat) in his arms next to Cheng's 3 fishes

"Psychological attack" he said

Tong Yao raised an eyebrow at him "are you sure?"

"Just do what I told you, hurry!"

Tong Yao was really starting to feel embarrassed by those messages she was writing

"Cheng, when are you coming back?"

"The cat! Biscuit! Is trying to catch fish"

"Hurry back and deal with it"

She waited for a reply from him crossing her fingers but apparently Cheng wasn't dumb enough to get fooled by this

At the sight of that message, Yao rolled her eyes in annoyance, meanwhile, Yang continued to text :

"Does it makes sense, talking to yourself?"

"If you want to win, I will carry you"

But Cheng killed him the second he wrote that message and Tong Yao and K lost also

K threw his headphone on the table angrily and glared at Tong Yao and somehow he looked more terrifying than Cheng, his phone rang, he picked it and left the practice room as they heard him talking to phone " I told you to stop calling me, didn't I?!"

"K......" Yao tired to call him but he was to angry to even hear her

"don't worry Tong Yao, I guess it's K's family calling, he becomes like that as soon as he picks up his family's calls, not against you" Told her Chubby, Tong Yao took off her headphones feeling kinda guilty about loosing the game, then her phone rang

" Long legs and deadpan face" was the caller's name

"Why did you stop playing?"

That was Cheng's deep cold voice, she didn't have even time to answer as he said :

" I'll be back tomorrow, watch yourself and the cat, bye"

He hung up, Tong Yao looked at her phone with a grimace

"What's up? Who is it?" asked Chubby

"Cheng"

"Cheng? What did he say?"

"He says he will return tomorrow"

What only Tong Yao probably didn't know was that their game was live to their fans including the messages
