It was early morning, and the gang was gearing up for another day of wild adventures. Jack was double-checking supplies, James was plotting strategies, and Cristena was grabbing snacks for the road. But something felt off—there was no sign of Riland anywhere.

"Where's Riland?" Jack asked, glancing around.

James frowned, looking around the yard. "He was here a minute ago..."

Cristena, scanning the area, spotted something on the brick wall beside the driveway. "Oh, gross! Look at that!" she gagged. There, smeared in plain sight, was a leftover booger—a clear sign that Riland had been there not too long ago. Everyone cringed in disgust.

As they were busy gagging over the booger, the ground suddenly began to shake. A loud mechanical whirring filled the air, and the gang spun around to see a giant, 20-foot-tall mech stomping down the driveway, making the ground tremble beneath its metal feet. The mech had spikes, flashing lights, and the unmistakable sound of gears grinding as it approached.

Over a crackling speaker, Riland's voice boomed, "MUAHAHAHAHA! NOW YOU SHALL ALL FEAR ME! I AM RILAND, AND I WILL HAVE MY REVENGE!"

The gang scattered, diving for cover as the massive mech drew closer. But just as it lifted one of its clunky legs to crush them, there was a sudden screeching noise. The mech froze in place, swayed unsteadily, and then—like a towering tree being chopped down—it toppled over with a thunderous crash. Dust flew everywhere as the giant machine hit the ground.

From inside the fallen mech, they could hear Riland cursing. "AH FART! GUESS I GOTTA USE MY FISTS!"

The hatch on the mech popped open, and Riland leaped out, ready for a fight. He started sprinting toward them at full speed, fists raised and determination on his face. But in classic Riland fashion, he tripped over his own feet and went flying forward, face-planting into the pavement with a loud "THUD."

Everyone winced as Riland lay there, groaning in pain. "Owww... I think I broke something..."

Moments later, the sound of sirens blared as an ambulance rushed up the driveway. They loaded Riland onto a stretcher, his face still pressed into the pavement as they lifted him.

But just as the paramedics were closing the doors, a loud yell came from down the street. "WAIT! HOLD UP!"

The ambulance doors flew open, and in jumped Ronny, Riland's dad. "YOU THINK YOU CAN PULL THIS STUNT AND GET AWAY WITH IT?!" Ronny shouted. Without a second thought, he started laying into Riland with a flurry of punches. "This is for tripping and embarrassing the family! And THIS is for always leaving your boogers around!"

The rest of the gang stood outside, watching in stunned silence as Ronny and Riland wrestled in the back of the ambulance. The vehicle swayed from side to side as it sped toward the hospital, with yelling, crashing, and the occasional "OW!" echoing from inside.

"Well... that escalated quickly," Jack muttered.

"Should we help him?" Cristena asked, although her tone suggested she already knew the answer.

"Nah," James said with a shrug. "He kind of had it coming."

As the ambulance screeched away, leaving a trail of chaos in its wake, the gang decided to head back home, already laughing about the ridiculousness of the day. They knew Riland would be fine—after all, this was just another typical misadventure in the life of their bizarre but beloved friend.
