" And you went to Milan secretly? Without me knowing?!" my mother scowled at me
" It was my idea, I didn't realise that it'd take so long" Heeseung said, making my mother feel more apologetic to me
Jihoon came down, I gave him the rest of the chocolates Heeseung gave
No way I was eating all of that
" Did you buy me this?" Jihoon asked, I shook my head
" Oh right, Heeseung bought it for you, right?" he said, technically he wasn't wrong, Heeseung only gave me the chocolates that other people gave him
It was basically just everyone sharing
" Yeah" Heeseung said, everyone turning to look at him
" Not exactly, I just gave some to her because she was jetlagged" he continued to speak
Wow Heeseung, that is not what you told me
I looked at him and he just nervously played around with his hair
" I don't mind, keep my daughter " my mother turned to Heeseung as he just gave an awkward chuckle, my aunties in dispilief
" Uhm, my daughter too " one of them said, Heeseung's smile immediately dropping
" Stop making him uncomfortable" Jihoon scoffed, going on his phone to play something
I wasn't really focused on anyone at all, but I had seen Heeseung and Jihoon holding their phones horizontally playing some games
My aunties and my mum were discussing something over tea

I stood up, heading to my room, opening my mini fridge

Sometimes things don't go according to plan
I layed down on my floor, stared at the ceiling and just shut my eyes for a short moment
My door opened, then shut
I opened my eyes to look at what just happened, but instead I met eye contact with Heeseung
" It's barely evening and you already drank, alone. Get up" he lifted my head, I just leaned my head on the frame of my bed
" Seriously, you stress me out" he said, lifting me up with ease in a bridal carry, tucking me in my duvet
" Have a good nap then" he said before chuckling, walking back out my room
All I remember was the lights turning off, as I just shut my eyes and slept
I woke up, the sound of my phone buzzing
Seriously, I don't wanna go work
I answered the phone and groaned, " Sorry Heeseung I-"
" What's your brother's school? I'll drop him off" Heeseung asked, I just blinked frantically
" Same middle school as our old one" I said, my voice quiet
" Alright, I also brought your car back for you " he said, I just widened my eyes
My car? But my keys are right on my desk
Jihoon walked in a threw my car keys to me
" What?" I mumbled, he hung up the phone as Jihoon shut my door
He must've taken my keys last night and drove back my car to my house
That's one burden gone
I checked my schedule, seeing that it was my day off
Finally, I felt like work was enough torture for me
I called Sunoo to go out at a café, as I then went to get ready, I took my keys and drove to the café
Damn his cologne was strong enough to stay in my car
Once I arrived there, he waved at me through the window, helping me recognise where the seat was
" So, how's life?" he asked, placing his phone down
" Heeseung just came back in my life and now I just see him everywhere" I blew raspberries, his eyes widened, as well as his eyebrows
" Isn't he he CEO of-"
" LeeTech Dynamics, my company had a collab with his. And now he wants to offer me a job as his secretary" I groaned, rubbing my forehead
" Isn't this all a dream to you? You've been doing to work at his company since you was in university " Sunoo said as I just nodded
" Yeah well I'm too tired to deal with extra work. Just imagine what it'd be like with his company. I'd go insane" I exaggerated, the same scent of the cologne in my car wavered around me
" That's a bit harsh " Heeseung said, sitting down beside Sunoo
