Chapter Twenty-One

Natasha's P.O.V

We get to the Quinjet and we started floating over the ship. I take a deep breathe and I look at Clint. "Ready Nat?" He asks and I nod.

Steve jumps out as Tony lets Fury fly the jet. "Was he wearing a parachute?" Wanda asks.

I smile lightly as I load my weapons "no he wasn't" I say and I smile.

"Hold tight" Pietro says as he picked up Wanda, she wraps her arms around his neck before Pietro jumps out of the jet. Pietro is very distance with us, since what happened to Alex...he doesn't want to talk with other people, just Wanda, Clint and sometimes he talks to me.

I put on my parachute and I look at Clint "ready?" I ask and he smiles at me.

"Always Nat" he says before he jumps out. Me following him.

As I jump I feel the cold air hitting my face, I really like it when we jumped out of the plane. I like the cold air hitting my face making me feel free. Since what happened with Ultron, this is relaxing, even though there were people about u to fire at us, this was relaxing. I close my eyes as I felt Clint at my side, I smile.

I open my eyes and I can't open the parachute "I can't open it" I say to Clint but he is lower, almost touching the boat. I suddenly feel like someone tackled me and then I land on the ship...on Thor's arms?

"You okay Lady Natasha?" Thor asks I nod.

"Yeah, thanks Thor" I say as he puts me down.

I load my guns and I walk to the side of the ship. "Nat" Steve says "the guards the left, Clint go with her, Twins you get the ones on the south part, Tony hack the sistem, Thor go to the north and I'll take the ones on the west."

I nod, is weird that they didn't mentioned Bruce, I mean, he has been distance with everyone. We don't know why, but he hasn't talked to us, he stayed at the Avengers Tower to fix some things on his temper. Which will end in Tony's lab destroyed. I look at Clint and we both go to the left side, I see a guard and I shoot him in the chest, Clint hits a man with his arrow on the head.

"Pietro!" I hear Wanda say before all the ship starts to explode into fire and bullets all over. The surprise element died, again.

Wanda's P.O.V
"Pietro!" I say as Pietro get electrocuted with a stick that a man had in his hands before it all explodes. I kneel next to Pietro then he slowly stands up.

"I'm fine" he says and groans "behind you" he says and I throw a piece of metal to man that was aiming at me.

Then Pietro is at the floor below the one I was in with some guards spread across the floor. I look at Pietro and I touch his hand "you're okay?" I ask and he nods.

He stands up and zips to some guards making the fall unconscious, I look at him and he smiles lightly at me. Then his face turns to a worried look as I hear a gunshot and I'm about to be hit with the bullet but a green dust moves it away from me, wait...green dust? What the hell?

He quickly hugs me "don't get away from me little sis" he says and I smile.

"Yeah I won't" I say and I look at him worried "what was that?" I ask.

Tony suddenly comes from the main room of the ship and I look at him, he's holding a USB on hsu hands" I did it!" He says. Then more guards come out of nowhere, but these ones are different, they have a red suit that is like an armor and they run to Tony. He flies away and lands next to Pietro, more of those red soldiers come and I look at Pietro worried.

I hear Nat scream of pain as a soldier makes a cut on her leg and I throw a red sphere at the soldier, I took the mask the soldier had on and I saw it, yellow eyes and sharp teeth, they have like reptile skin. Pietro tackles it and I look at the sky, I don't know why, but I look at the sky.

I feel something, like if a broken piece just got fixed, I'm suddenly surrounded by my own powers and I throw my energy to the soldiers, most fall down but more come. "Well well well" a voice says and I look at the place where Tony came from, there was a man with a suit, literally a suit, he smiled and sharp teeth appeared on his mouth "aren't these the avengers?" He says.

The soldiers stop attacking and the man smiles more "my lord, shall we retire?" One of the soldiers asks.

Th mean shakes his head "not yet Liok" he says.

"Yes my lord" 'Liok', I think that was his name, says.

"Give us what's ours" the man says to Tony.

Before anyone can do anything, a green light comes out of nowhere and all the soldier dissolve into green dust. A figure comes out of one of the sides of the ship, is covered in that green light, I narrow my eyes to see who it is but the light is too bright to see. Then the figure takes shape and is a girl, she looks at us and smiles as she puts her gloves on.

My eyes widen and my jaw drops...but she's dead "hi guys, miss me?" Alex says.
