Varian walked around the forest some more when suddenly one of the black rocks shot up out of the ground next to him. He looked at it, then noticed his arm was now black like his gloves and felt like rock to the touch. He looked at his chest from the collar of his shirt and noticed his chest down now had a black rock body suit. He felt a bit uncomfortable looking at it and covered it back up and continued his walk.
He eventually reached a familiar clearing. He looked around, and realised be had made it back to the walls of Corona kingdom and Old Corona. He noticed the very familiar break in the wall where the battle between him, Rapunzel and the rest of the kingdom went down. He walked in and saw his house, which was still destroyed by the black rocks. Now that he could control them, however, he thought it would be a good idea to remove them himself when he got the chance.
Some hours later Varian had walked all the way back to Corona town and castle and decided to cover himself with a big coat to look (partly) incognito walking around the town. He eventually made it to the castle right on sundown. Once the sun had set, he felt a very familiar energy start to course through him intensely as the moonlight shone down. He moved to a alleyway not far from the castles gates, removing his big coat then clutching his chest in pain as the moonstone began to start controlling him once again. He let out a scream as his eyes began to glow a bright teal once again, and some guards nearby had come to look in the alleyway to see what all the commotion was about. Varian turned to look at them before running full speed towards them, making a bunch of black rocks sprout from the ground behind him as he pounced onto the guards attacking them.
