"You take every last drop from me."

Cassie's and Jobe's wedding was over a year ago. She had moved to England with her husband since it was just more convenient that way.

Jobe was now an Arsenal player. Because of that, Cassandra made many new wag friends. They'd always try convincing her to go back to playing football but it never seemed to work.

Today was a big day. The London Derby. Arsenal versus Chelsea. Cassandra was a little stressed out since that not only meant tough game but also seeing Marc.

She hadn't thought about him since the wedding which made everything even worse. She was in her closet picking out clothes to wear.

She decided to put on an Arsenal jersey with Jobe's name and number on the back and paired it with denim jeans and black adidas superstars.

Ever since her and Jobe started going out with each other she had accepted her curly hair more and so was wearing a half up slick ponytail with the curls falling onto her back.

Her makeup was light since it was nearly December and there was no way she'd bother putting so much stuff on her face and go out in the cold.

London was known to be quite the opposite of snowy in this time of November, so on top of her shirt she wore a black zip up hoodie which she borrowed from Jobe.

When she was ready, she walked out of the house and after making sure the doors were locked she made her way to the stadium.

The girl arrived 30 minutes early just in case and immediately went to the lounge where other wags usually hung out at.

"Cas! I'm so glad you're here." Sophia was the first one to approach Cassandra and give her the warmest hug known to a human being.

"I missed you guys too!" Cassie replied almost immediately as greeting the rest of the group. Milly, Tolami and Sophia were the closest with the brunette.

The group went down the stairs which led from the lounge to the VIP seats near the pitch. The girls sat down and begun taking some pregame pictures which always came out beautifully.

"Hey girls, i have to share with something." Cassie started a new conversation and almost immediately got all the attention from her now worried friends.

"What's wrong?" Milly asked as frowning in worry. Cas sighed and after glancing at every girl again she finally got her thought together. "We've been trying for a baby with Jobe but it's not working." She confessed.

The girls face expressions immediately saddened as they all got closer to hug their best friend. "It'll be okay. You're still young." One of them said.

Cassie nodded her head in agreement but couldn't stop thinking about how every single one of them already had children.

Sophia had a beautiful baby girl as well as Milly who additionally had a boy. Tolami had a boy too which just made sense.

Cassandra wasn't going to be upset over it right now. All she was focused on was the game. She watched as the players walked out and her husband looking behind to try spotting his wife and giving her a wink.

Cassie smiled at the gesture and felt warmth spread throughout her body. Jobe was surely a very caring and loving guy, but it always felt as if something was missing in their relationship or him.

The game went horrible. Chelsea won 4-1 with the only goal being scored by Jobe. When the final whistle blew all the wags were allowed to enter the pitch and reunite with their partners.

Cassie stood on the sideline of the pitch as waiting for her husband to thank everyone on the pitch for a great game which wasn't so good after all, when someone tapped on her shoulder.

"Sorry we beat you." Marc apologised as looking down at the girl. Cas felt a gulp growing in her throat which she quickly swallowed and smiled lightly.

"Next time it'll be in reverse, don't worry." She replied freely, trying to keep calm and act normal. "I'd love to chat but my husband's waiting for me." Cassie added quickly.

"Understood." Marc smiled and opened his arms. "Homie hug?" He asked making Cassandra chuckle at the joke. She nodded her head and gave him a one arm hug and then quickly walking away.

She walked towards Jobe who seemed anrgy. As she got closer he even stopped looking at Cassie, which alarmed the girl.

"You did well. I'm proud of you." The brunette admitted as standing on her toes and giving Jobe a kiss which he fortunately reciprocated.

"Whatever this team fucking sucks. I should've stayed at Sunderland." He fumed as placing his arm around the girl's neck.

The two walked slowly towards the gate and occasionally greeting other players and wags. "I'll see you at home." He stated as letting go off Cas and walking into the tunnel.

She didn't even have time to reply to him or anything. He left in a hurry which worried Cassandra more and more. She decided to sigh it off and go straight to her car.

Jobe got home an hour later. Cassie was in the living room, watching Euphoria but stopped the series when the guy entered their house.

"Come sit with me." She commanded as patting on the left side on the sofa where the seat was free. Jobe didn't listen.

Instead when he got into the living room he stood on the left side with anger on his face so clear it scared Cassie to death.

"What were you talking about with that idiot?" He asked angrily, clearly trying to stay calm since Cas was his wife after all.

"Oh my god! Jobe it was nothing. He just said sorry about beating you!" Cassandra confessed as putting down her bowl of popcorn and slowly standing up.

"Right, so what the fuck was the hug for?" He furrowed his eyebrows and walked closer to Cassie. "It was a friendly one! I didn't even do it properly." She responded.

Jobe grabbed Cassandra's face on both sides, forcing strong eye contact. "He looked me in the fucking eyes and grinned, like he had just achieved something important to me."

"Jobe let me go." Cassie whispered as placing her hands over his and squeezing them gently. "Like he knew that you'll never love me the way you loved him." He muttered as his eyes went glassy.

He let go after saying his last words and pushed Cassie way gently. He begun walking away and to the hallway. "Jobe don't leave! Please!" She yelled as following him while tears rolled down her cheeks.

He didn't listen. Before Cassandra could reach him, he left and slammed the door in front of her face leaving her completely broken.
