"Kachaan"

Midoriya found himself standing quietly outside of Bakugou's room, the door looming in front of him. How he had arrived there, he couldn't recall, lost in a haze of thoughts and emotions. The specifics of how he got there faded into insignificance as he focused on the one thing that truly mattered to him in that moment.

With eyes still heavy with drowsiness, Bakugou opened the door, his gaze meeting Midoriya's with a depth of understanding that needed no words. The unspoken bond between them resonated in the air, a connection that transcended any explanation. In a swift and effortless motion, Bakugou enveloped Midoriya in a warm embrace.

As Midoriya leaned into Bakugou's embrace, tears dropped down his cheeks, dampening the fabric of Bakugou's shirt. Every tear was evidence of his feelings, feelings that were on the verge of overtaking him, a storm that was eased by the one person who could endure it with him.

"K-Kachaan, I- I lost it," Midoriya's voice trembled between heart-wrenching sobs. Bakugou, despite his tough exterior, felt a pang of empathy that tugged at his own emotions. "I know, it's okay. It's going to be okay," he whispered softly, his voice laced with a rare vulnerability. Tears welled up in Bakugou's eyes, betraying the depth of his feelings. They held onto each other tightly, seeking warmth in their embrace, understanding passing between them.

As their hug lingered, seemingly stretching into eternity, they eventually found themselves sitting on Bakugou's bed, the intimate closeness comforting in its familiarity. Bakugou's gentle touch traced soothing patterns on Midoriya's arm, while his other hand focused on holding Midoriya's head on his chest. Meanwhile, Midoriya's once anguished cries had softened into gentle sobs, the rhythmic sound a bittersweet melody against Bakugou's chest. Wrapped in the embrace of a shared blanket.

Midoriya blinked away the last traces of tears and then sought comfort by nuzzling his head against Bakugou's neck.

"How do you feel?"

Midoriya let out a deep sigh, a sense of contemplation drifted over him as he struggled with finding the right words to convey his emotions. "I..." His voice trailed off, a pause settling between them. It wasn't an awkward silence; Bakugou understood that Midoriya was deliberating the right words to express himself. This was a moment that required delicacy, a moment not to be hurried.

"I feel grateful, yet angry but also sad"

Bakugou kissed the top of Midoriya's head. The unexpected action of kissing Midoriya's head sent a surge of unfamiliar feelings through him yet he didn't question it. It didn't feel uncomfortable, in fact it felt so natural neither flinched nor even cared to acknowledge it.

"Is okay to feel that way, there is no right or wrong way for you to feel"

"I'm mostly scared"

"Scared? Of what?"

Midoriya sat straight, his gaze fixed in the opposite direction of Bakugou, his heart pounding with uncertainty about how Bakugou would receive his words. With a deep breath, he let out a sigh- there was no turning back.

"I don't want you to leave me again"

Bakugou could feel his heartbeat quicken, the rhythmic thumping echoing in his ears like a drum of realization. He knew. He knew why Midoriya had these thoughts. Despite the forgiveness that had been extended to him, Bakugou understood that the past couldn't be changed. And in that understanding, there was no resentment towards Midoriya; he held no grudge over Midoriya's thoughts.

"Izuku"

Bakugou, with a strong grip, swiftly pulled Midoriya's legs. As he enveloped them around his waist, he spread his own legs apart. Delicately, he placed his hands on Midoriya's cheeks, gently turning his face to meet his piercing gaze, their eyes locking in a moment of intense connection.
