                      ~ WILL'S POV ~

~ in the studio~

me and the boys are again in the studio, working on our next couple of songs. It's mainly me, who comes up with song ideas and lyrics but everyone else will also pitch in ideas and we'll decide together what works and what doesn't. currently we're working on a song that I think I'll name „normal people things". or something like that, simply cuz, I'm silly like that. But the title could change throughout the process.

I'm playing some guitar, playing out some tunes while mark turned to me with a little smirk on his face.
„Will? What was that yesterday?", mark asks me.
„What do you mean mark?", I ask him, confused.
„you know what I mean", he smirks.
„Uh no mark, I don't", I say, still confused. „what do you guys want?"
„ the tension between you and y/n? was definitely impossible to unsee yesterday", Joe chimes in.
my face turning kinda red, trying to avoid having to talk about it.
„guys it's nothing. forget about it", I lied.
„Will you're so bad at this. We can see and feel it. now, spit it out", Joe says so I agree.
„Ok, I do have feelings for y/n and I have had them for a long time but I just don't know how to tell her. You guys know how I got rejected a lot.. I'm just scared she's the next one to reject me. tho I really like her- love her even.", I say with a shaky voice. also can't believe I just said that out loud...
suddenly I hear a collective „aww" coming from everyone.

„thank fuck Will! You finally got yourself a girl after all this time and trust me, she's not gonna reject you. I can feel she likes you back", mark pats me on the shoulder.
„You reckon? I mean I know she likes me as a friend but more than that?", i question mark who just looks at me as if she wants to say „shut up"
„more than that? - mate she's SO into you as well! haven't you seen the way she keeps looking at you? Or the way she smiles at you? the way she's blushing around you? are you that oblivious mate?", mark says.
„I-i mean I don't know man. I guess I have been oblivious..", I admit, cuz i genuinely didn't think she'd like me back but more so, was just being friendly.
„Will! This is your chance! take it man! Claim her!", Joe says, cheering me on.

„You know what boys? You're right. I'll see her today anyway so I guess I'll just make a move. Wish me luck", I exhale deeply, realizing that I have to make a move on her now. It's now or never.

I have been feeling strongly about y/n for months now. literally the day I spoke to her at the reading festival. I feel like we instantly clicked. And the more we spent time together and became friends, the stronger my feelings grew but I didn't know how to tell her. I'm scared cuz I never have too much luck when it comes to women... I got rejected 27 times after all and if y/n would be my 28th time, I'd lose my marbles.. as I really genuinely like/ love her. Idk what it is tho. I mean maybe I'm just horrible at asking people out but I have to do my absolute best with y/n and the boys are giving me so much strength and confidence! I think it's time I come clean about my feelings to her and even if I get another rejection but at least I shot my shot...

after some more talking with the boys, we continue on working on different songs, tunes and lyrics. and I feel like I'll dedicating a song to y/n too.
We're making good progress and I'm looking forward to see the reaction of our fans for the new stuff we have coming!

                          - Y/N'S POV -

I have just come back from work and just changed into some better outfit as I'll see Will in like 30 mins from now. I'm going basic with my outfit today:
