Ipinikit ko ang mga mata ko, processing the things that just happened 5 minutes ago. I looked to my left side to see Kuya Logan wearing a half-lidded gaze, his head slightly tilted as he leaned back in his chair, clearly uninterested in this commotion.

I shifted my gaze to my right to see Kuya Lanz busy with his laptop--just, how the hell did this dude get in here? I closed my eyes once again, sighed heavily, and looked forward to find Kuya Luke staring at me and Kuya Logan with a piercing gaze.

Kuya Luke scoffs before even he opens his mouth. "This is what I thought when Papa let you accompany her." He snapped at Kuya Logan.

"It's not what it looks like, Kuya. I already explained it to you, pero you don't seem to believe me." I defended Kuya Logan since I knew he would never defend himself to Kuya Luke. "What are you doing here?" Kuya Logan throws a question at Kuya Lanz, disturbing him in his work.

"Keeping an eye on you guys." He shut his laptop and leaned back in his chair, folding his arms to his chest. Binagsak ko ang ulo ko sa lamesa to make their attention go to me.

"Can you guys—take me out of this?!" I demanded.

I was wrapped around in this checkered flannel, and I was barely breathing! Hindi ko magalaw ang mga kamay ko, since nakapulupot ang mga sleeves neto sa buong katawan ko! Am I some kind of psycho to them?!

"No." Kuya Luke glared at me.

Kuya Lanz pulled me back to sit once again, while the silence entered the room. "We're staying the night." Kuya Lanz blurted, as he took a sip of his coffee.

"The hell? Saang lupalop kayo ng condo ko kayo matutulog?"

"Sa guest room. Don't tell me you're letting an asshole sleep in that room?" Kuya Luke remarked.

Kuya Lanz untied me from this shit while Kuya Logan went to the guest room leaving the three of us staring at his back. "My house, my rules." Kuya Logan stood up from his seat and went inside the guest room as well.

"Don't worry about those two idiots, Ree. Na-miss lang nila ang isa't isa. Coffee?" Pag-alok sa akin ni Kuya Lanz.

Sinampal ko ang sarili ko at ginulo ang buhok ko. "Gusto ko nang matulog! Gusto ko ng peace of mind!" Pagrereklamo ko.

"Go and rest then Kaso yang peace of mind na hinahanap mo ay wala dito." I looked at Kuya Lanz and sneered at him. "I would rather not rest while those two are still awake." I slammed my hands on the table before marching my way to the guest room.

I swing the door hard enough to make a loud sound. I roam my eyes around the room to see a wasted Gabriel sleep on the floor while Kuya Luke is lying on the bed playing on his phone. "Where's Kuya Logan?" Kuya Luke pointed the door. Lumayo ako mula sa pinto at binuksan ito nang konti at nakita si Kuya Logan na may hawak-hawak na kumot.

"Seriously? What's up with this attitude Val?" He shoved me out of the way and tossed the blanket over to Kuya Luke. "Rest-in-peace." Hinatak ako ni Kuya palabas ng guest room at kinaladkad sa kabilang bahagi ng pinto.

"Sleep." Binuksan niya ang pinto ng kwarto niya at tinulak ako paloob dito. Sinara niya agad ang pinto, hindi man lang ako pinagbigyang mag salita.

"Goodnight, I guess?" Nag kibit balikat nalang ako bago ihagis ang sarili sa kama ni Kuya.

Ang daming happenings! First of all, ang unexpected confession ni Maxine about her boyfriend. Second, Gabriel needs help—well that can be excused. Lastly! Kuya Luke and Kuya Lanz think Kuya Logan lets me hook up with a guy in front of him! Nakakapagod! For real!
