Nie Zihang slept until after 6 o’clock in the evening. Although the curtains were drawn, it was still noticeable that the sky had turned dark.
There was a slightly strong scent of Alpha pheromones in the air. It seemed that Yu Jingxuan was asleep and not fully controlling it.

The voice was very low, carrying a lazy and hoarse tone.
Yu Jingxuan came out of the bedroom and fumbled on the wall for a while. Then, with a “drip” sound, he turned on the brightest light.
The intense light shone into the pupils, and for a moment, Nie Zihang’s eyes and mind were filled with brightness.
“Yu Xiaoxuan…”
“I think I turned on the wrong light, Mr. Nie…”
Nie Zihang reluctantly got up and walked to the disoriented Alpha, pressing the button on the right. The intense white light immediately softened into a warm yellow.
“Yu Xiaoxuan, I almost went blind.”
Yu Jingxuan’s lips curled into a smile. “Actually, I almost did too.”
The Alpha was wearing his (NZH) pyjamas, which were a size too big, making them loose and baggy.
Nie Zihang lowered his head slightly, and he could see the man’s collarbone and fair chest exposed outside the V-neck.
