Yu Jingxuan arched his eyebrows and eyes, expressing his agreement. “Okay.”
The two of them continued their journey and reached Haigeng Lake in under thirty minutes. It was the months of September and October, the period when migratory birds embarked on their journey south for the winter. Along the extensive wooden walkway, numerous migratory birds had sought refuge, creating a temporary haven for themselves.

Nie Zihang parked the car in the designated parking area before gently grasping Yu Jingxuan’s hand, leading him onto the wooden walkway.

Nie Zihang clasped both of Yu Jingxuan’s hands to verify their warmth, ultimately conceding to the jacket exchange.
The pair continued their stroll along the wooden walkway, with a picturesque meadow adorned with blooming Tibetan snow lotus flowers2 on one side, while on the other side, a seemingly boundless lake stretched into the distance.
