Chapter 21

*Wednesday's POV*

For the last two days I've been walking, walking and more walking. I haven't slept for two days and I feel kinda sick.
I haven't been able to go to Landin's place because his sister is staying there for another week.

I've ran into a few really weird strangers who all wanted to take me to there home. I refused obviously.

I don't even know where I'm at, I'm lost. "hey your the missing girl on the news!" an elder lady says

"oh no" I'm on the news?

"yes you are!" she says

"you must be mistaken, I'm sorry" I hurry off. I really don't wanna go home. I do not wanna see Johnnie cause if I do I'll knee him again.

All of a sudden it starts to rain super hard. I get cold and hug myself, looking at the walking path.

*Johnnie's POV*

After I bawl my eyes out again, I finally bring myself to get up. I leave my bedroom "I'm going out" I slip on my TOMs

"it's raining though" Angelina says

"I know" maybe the rain will calm me down or I could cry and no one would notice.. Hopefully maybe I'll find Wednesday or something.

I leave the apartment and get outside. It's raining really hard. Oh I hope Wednesday is okay.

After a bit I notice I'm lost. Fuuuuck! Wednesday was all on my mind and I wasn't paying attention.

I continue to walk in the rain till I see a girl. She's awfully skinny and has silver hair.. Wednesday? "Wednesday!" I call out

She slows down and glances over her shoulder "you have to stay away from me!" she begins to walk quicker. I run just to catch up with her

"where have you been?" I ask

"nowhere, leave me alone!" she yells

I stop her and push her to the grassed ground part.

"ouch! What the fuck!?" she shouts at me

"I'm sorry but stop moving! Let me talk to you right now!" I yell angrily at her which kinda scares her "lets go home so we don't have to be in this rain" I say

"no I'm not going anywhere with you" she crosses her legs and hides her face in her hands.

I sir down on the wet grass next to her "I promise I didn't post any of those picture on twitter-"

"then-"

"shut up for a second" I cut her off right back. She stays silent. "I do not know how they got on there" I talk over the heavy rain. "maybe someone posted them on there but it was not me, I promise. I don't know how to make you believe me other then you'll just have to trust me and if you can't then.. This is where we say goodbye and you either go back to Scotland, live on the streets or with some disgusting person" I try my best to explain to her

".... Who hates me this much to do that to me then?" she looks at me with red puffy eyes, apparent she has been crying like me.

"I defiantly don't hate you, so can you forgive me?" I ask. She nods And I smile "how about a makeup kiss?" I ask

"how about no" she looks at me with her grey eyes meaning everything to me.

"why not?" I ask

"because we're under the rain and kissing now would be considered cheesy" she explains

"we'll cheesy or not, I don't care. Just Don't make it cheesy then" I tell her

She leans in to kiss me softly on the lips. Here comes the cheesy words: the rain clinging to our faces as our lips moved in the deepest passion. I hug her tightly making sure she will never leave like this again. Her hands tangled in my hair as we both fit together in each others arms like this is meant to be.

Just kidding, she put grass in my mouth.

She falls back laughing as I spit it out "gross Wednesday!" I can't help but laugh with her.
"common let's go home" I help her Up off the ground

We hold each other hands as we walk back to our apartment. "I need to take a shower and sleep" she says

"I'll take a shower with you and then sleep too" I say

She quickly pecks my cheek "there's your kiss under the rain" she tells me

I chuckle and shake my head "thanks lovely" I haven't called her that nickname in forever. I'll bring it back because I know she really likes it, I know it makes her feel better about herself.
