We finally make it out of the Rocky Mountains, and I collapse into the booth at a bustling diner. Leia slides in next to me, but the tension between us is so thick.

That kiss we shared still has my cock standing at attention, and I can't shake the memory of her soft lips against mine.

I've kissed my fair share of women, but there was something about Leia that was different. Her lips were like a drug, intoxicating and addictive.

I can still feel the tingling sensation on my lips, and I can't help but bring my fingers to them, as if I can still taste her.

The grin on my face is impossible to contain as I replay the kiss in my head. It was like nothing I've ever experienced before, and I find myself craving another hit of that intoxicating high.

Just one more taste. Just one more kiss. Just one more chance to feel that electricity feeling between us.

"What's going on with you two?" Athena asks, her eyes practically bulging with curiosity as she leans in, clearly unable to contain her nosiness.

"Nothing," I reply nonchalantly, giving a dismissive wave of my hand as if it's the most insignificant thing in the world, but it's not.

Leia, trying to hide her true feelings, looks down at the menu. But I can see right through her. Her emotions are crystal clear. I can tell she enjoyed the kiss just as much as I did.

I can sense her desire for more, just like mine. But it frustrates me to no end that she wants to throw it all away. Toss aside everything we have and revert to acting like complete strangers.

That's not what I want.

Rocky and Tim are in the midst of a pointless argument, completely oblivious to the world around them. Athena, lost in her phone, doesn't even bother to look up.

As for Ant, well, he's snoring away as usual.

I take the chance to sneak a peek at Leia. She's sitting there, quiet and focused on the menu, her messy bun barely containing her wild black curls.

Those nipples of hers are poking through her white T-shirt, and damn, it's hard to tear my eyes away.

"Leia," I clear my throat, causing her to startle and meet my gaze with a hint of flustered surprise.

Her round face and those striking emerald eyes never fail to captivate me, and a small smile tugs at my lips.

""We should talk about it," I whisper once more, ensuring

our conversation remains private from the prying ears around us.

"About what?" She asks, attempting to feign innocence. But that kiss we shared; it was far from innocent.

I can see the way her eyes flicker with something that resembles guilt and desire, a mix that's too complicated for her to hide behind a facade of innocence.

"It's alright, I know it probably didn't mean a lot to a player like you," she whispers, diverting her attention back to the menu.

Her words send a wave of tension through me, because that kiss meant the world to me-it meant everything. I can still taste the sweetness of her lips, feel the warmth of her breath against mine. And yet, here she is, trying to downplay it as if it was just a casual fling.

Her fingers toy with the edge of the laminated paper, a nervous habit that betrays the calm facade she's trying to maintain. I can practically hear the racing thoughts in her head, trying to make sense of the emotions swirling between us.
