S3 E1: On The Run

The scene opens to a flashback at the Celestial Realm, Monkey King tries dodging Ne Zha's attacks and spear.

Sun Wukong: "*notices the map* Finally, an opening."

He tries to grab the map, but the seal pushes him back into a wall.

Sun Wukong: "Ugh, the ol' magical barrier trick. I should've seen that one coming."

Ne Zha: "That seal is strong enough to protect the map from any who would steal it.

The smoke clears out and a pink ball of flame appears before it reveals Ne Zha as she lands in front of the map.

Ne Zha: "Even you, Sun Wukong. Do you have any idea what you're doing?"

Sun Wukong: "Uh yeah, I'm the Monkey King. Trust me!"

Ne Zha: "Trust you? *Chuckles* No. You ruined any chance of that long ago."

Sun Wukong: "Honestly, Ne Zha, when did you stop being fun? *smirks* Is it because your dragon princy isn't giving you enough attention?"

Ne Zha: "*growls* What happens in my life doesn't concern yours Wukong!"

Monkey King rushes to get the map, but Ne Zha stops him and starts fighting him.

Ne Zha: "I alone should've been entrusted with keeping that map safe."

Sun Wukong: "Somebody's sounding jealous!"

Ne Zha: "It was our solemn duty. Our oath was to protect this world from the Samadhi Fire!"

Sun Wukong: "Yeah well, something worse came along. Why do you think I need to use it? Come on!"

Ne Zha uses the tip of her spear to attack, but Monkey King blocks it with his hand.

Ne Zha: "Out of respect for your past friendship with the great monk, I will allow you to leave this place safely. But the fire will remain unforged. Hidden. The map stays here."

Sun Wukong: "I know you take your security job pretty seriously, but I do need the map. So you see the problem right?"

He duplicates himself and the clones come at Ne Zha and restrain her.

Sun Wukong: "You want me to leave it, I want me to take it! Eh, it's a toughie."

Ne Zha: "What? Don't do this!"

Sun Wukong: "I'm sorry, it's the only way."

Ne Zha: "Wukong, that barrier is designed to protect that map at all costs. If you force your way through it, it could destroy us both!"

Sun Wukong: "Yeah, I know. But you gotta crack a few eggs to make an omelet."

Ne Zha: "What? That doesn't mean you should! "

Monkey King forces his way through it and successfully grabs the map, destroying the temple. Ne Zha gets up slowly as she's covered in injuries.

Ne Zha: "Wukong..."

Sun Wukong: "*Laughs* Look Ne Zha, keep up the training. Who knows? Maybe one day, you'll be tough enough to beat me!"

Lightning and wind strikes, as the sky turns blue. He looks up and notices that MK and Liù are in trouble.

Sun Wukong: "Kids!"

Ne Zha: "Wukong, you idiot! You'll doom us all!"

Monkey King escapes with his Magic cloud as Ne Zha tried to stop him.
